Anyone who says this place is great, fantastic or the best was either paid or works there. This DEFAC is awful! They ran out of rolls/bread by lunch. They ran out of eggs at breakfast. Are you kidding me?!?!
Their staff is agonizingly slow at making food and the portions (see pic) are that of a prison… where are the rest of my fries?!?!
If you are at Beale for any amount of time, do yourself a favor and either buy supplies from the Commissary or eat off base… period!

Portion sizes are small and the food is not very good. Got a steak and cheese sub it had 1 layer of meat it was mostly bread and toppings. The cheeseburger was dry and hard. I honestly think they serve such small portions because they know most of us eating there are from the school house and have to pay. So then to get full we have to double our portions so they get to double charge us. I haven’t got out of there yet for less than $7. Which are per diem is only 19.05 a day and I’m spending $21-$25 a day. But the staff is very nice and friendly.
Staff and employees are a joy and pleased people to be around. Offer help wen needed.

Nice facility with good prices and fast food services. The 9 FSS does a fantastic job manning the DFAC. I bought a coffee today for under a dollar, so I'm pretty darn happy. Also the Flag Room is one of the most impressive conference rooms I've seen at a dining facility. Well decorated, professional atmosphere, great job all around.
