Honestly customer service sucked and I would have given it a blind 1 star. Lady seems rude and not so friendly. However the water better than the one off of Beaumont Ave. I believe Akaline was a $1 and regular water was 35 cents. If I’m ever in my hometown I’ll just stop by at my Dad’s water store when I want Akaline which I at least go every week to visit my parents..

READ: Go to the other water store called Agua Pura. It’s just down the street and they fill up the water for you and take Apple Pay and cards! Agua Pura is so much better!

This place has a faulty outside machine that keeps your dimes! And when you go inside the old senior lady scolded me!! Because I asked for my dimes!! And she had the gul to give me pennies!! And threatened me saying her son is going to check the cameras, I told her she needs to fix her machines and not steal money!! I'm going to report this business to the Better Business Bureau!!

The asian guy that was there when I went is so rude! I think he’s the manager or something, but regardless, he’s inconsiderate too. He told me, well actually yelled at me, that he was going to charge me extra for “using a lot of water” to clean my water gallon, when in reality the switch wasn’t shutting off the water no matter how many times I tried to turn it off. I asked him for help since it was my first time going there, but he didn’t help at all. Then I asked him “How far up do you allow the water gallon to be filled?” (I asked that question to make sure I followed the store policy, since, again, it was my first time there, and so he wouldn’t yell at me again for “using a lot of water”) His response was “I don’t care” and he still yelled it. So yeah I’m definitely not going back.

I bought water here and to my surprise me and kids were drinking water with white stuff, don’t know what it is but I had to wash all my containers because of that thing sticking to i. Here is a couple pictures hope you can see it.

These people are crooks, they knowingly sell defective items.I recently purchased a water jug that was leaking, and when I went to return it the lady/owner pretended not to speak English, and when asked for an exchange, it was as if I were speaking French. I am all for supporting local business but it this is the service I get then I may think twice, don't waste your time or money here.
