My family and I came to have dinner and we were maybe the 3rd group sitting. The restaurant was not busy at all for a Saturday night. Appetizers took way too long (35 mins for 2 house salads) food was given to other tables before us when they arrived 20 mims after us. When we got our food (45 minutes later) it was cold and bland. The guests that knew the manager working tonight got their food out within 10 min. The manager kept glancing at us after we brought up wanting to cancel our meal. No apology or anything, very inconsiderate and unprofessional. This location has horrible wait times, bad service, and bad management.

Great customer service Alejandro plata did an amazing job i actually got a burger 🍔 and it was rare and I dont like it like that so I asked him if they can remake it and he said yes . Brought my plate back with fresh burger and fries as well . Thank you. 😊. Jesus christ is king of kings 🤴.

My family and I visited Applebee's tonight and had a mixed experience, with some exceptional service highlights but significant disappointment with the main dishes. The hostess was wonderful, very welcoming and efficient, our waitress was also fantastic.She was incredibly attentive and made sure our drinks were full and we had everything we needed. The service we received was top notch. The starters were the best part of the meal. Both the mozeralla sticks and pretzels were great. Unfortunately the quality of the main entrees fell short. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan alfredo fettuccine and was very disappointed. The noodles were cold and over cooked, resulting in a mushy texture. My son ordered the regular fettuccine and had the same issue. The accompanying garlic bread was inedible, it was clearly over baked or reheated improperly. Overall while the staff provided excellent attentive service and the appetizers were great.The quality of the main entrees were extremely poor
Enjoyed the special menu offer for Veterans Day, they did a great job honoring Veterans.

I have always loved Applebee's however my wife and I stopped in for late after lunch and order fish and chips and a Bacon burger and fries with a beer and coffee and my wife wanted to try the fried pickles. It was good food, but for $88.32 it will be my last trip to Applebees.

Our server Charles is absolutely amazing, me and my little brother went in and before we sat down at our table Charles already had drinks waiting for us without asking! Evertime we go in we are always excited to know he'll be our server. He always knows what we like and makes us feel very welcomed! This is one main reason we frequent this location.
