Been going to this Applebee’s for over six years and tonight was by far the worst experience I’ve had there. Staff left a table dirty and never came to clean it. My husband and I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for the table to be cleaned and our order to be taken. Neither happened. We were looked over several times and when I spoke with the manger her excuse was that maybe the server thought we were the last people sitting there. I won’t be back to that place anytime soon.

Apple bees used to be our restaurant to go,the quality on the food has gone down and the cleanniness as well. The past 4 times we gone the bathrooms have been dirty and even the restaurant it looks like if they were under staffed and the workers look stress out like they put more pressure on the workers.

I only ordered an appetizer. Service was good. I know i rated the food and a 4 star but it was more like 3.5. I like authentic food. I feel like Applebee's lacks that. I ordered the chicken wonton tacos they were good. Drinks pricey but good.

Just okay. Food was good. It was a busy Sunday,but hostess werent so friendly when we arrived.It was like we interrupted their conversation. I greeted them first. Waitress arrived a few minutes later. The desert was small for $8 (brownie and ice cream). We joked that maybe it was a kids item. Overall, it was fine.
It's been years since I've eaten at an Applebee's since after covid they nerfed their drink and meal deals and scaled everything down menu wise; Kind of defeated the point of going there for awhile since the cheap drink specials were always the draw. Glad to see they've gotten some of that back with cheap happy hour specials, house margaritas and half off apps. If you go when the time is right you can still get a cheap drink and a filling meal though their entree prices aren't really worth it in my opinion. I was here for the bar mainly anyhow and Anthony was my server and he was fast and friendly despite clearly having a lot on his plate. Sounds mixed but the tldr is Applebee's is ok. They have good drunk food and some good drink specials but it'll never be a destination like it once was.

Upon arriving our waiter was very inpatient while we were deciding what drinks to order. She rudely interrupted us while we were trying to order and walked away from us. When she came back we put in 2 orders for alcoholic drinks one for me and one for my sister, which she provided I.D for and my husband went ahead to grab mine from the car, when he came back I gave her my I.D and she went as far as to make an assumption that my sister gave me her I.D to use for my alcoholic drink. She as well questioned me with my name and date of birth which made me feel very uncomfortable. When ordering our food my sister wanted a side of kids Mac and cheese and the server refused to put in that order for the reason being that my sister isn’t a kid (mind you we have gone to different locations of Applebees and they have never had a problem with us ordering a side of kids Mac and cheese). We took it upon ourselves to leave due to the rude attitude and treatment that we received from this waiter. Unfortunately she never gave us a name but she looks to be the oldest female waiter there. We definitely felt discriminated and we will be contacting corporate about this incident. This lady is a liability for business. Never going back to this location again!
