We did have a small wait but it’s the day before Christmas Eve so that’s to be expected. The customer service was truly amazing! They felt so bad we had to wait and offered ways to compensate for waiting! This Burger King always has incredible service and my order is always correct!

*update* i went back today and i didn’t know that this place doesn’t require there grill workers to wear gloves, it may not bother some but for me , i may avoid this bk, , im sure they wash there hands (i hope) but not sure if ill return, ……..this burger king is always hot and food taste fresh, i ordered a bacon king and it was delicious

Ordering through the drive through is ridiculous, they have us talking to an AI and because it sucks we have to repeat the whole order all over to an actual person. This is really annoying and inconvenient. Bring back actual people. If this stays I’m definitely picking other places that still hire people over robots.

First of all, I know this is burger king but my goodness. Sometimes their workers are nice and so is their food but other times it tastes like pure nastiness, and their workers are just something else. One time I went here, and the food wasn’t that good. Not just that but one of the employees cooking had a bad staring problem. The one taking my order literally did not help me at all, i asked a question and they responded with they didn’t know. Not only that but they got my grandmothers order wrong not once but multiple times.
Ya’ll at this point please don’t eat here. They messed up my order again, gave me fries and i told them I ordered onion rings. Now the worker didn’t say it but it looked like she wanted to tell me that I was the one that incorrect, when my actual order was on the receipt. Now this isn’t the problem, the problem is instead of throwing out the fries she put back with the other unserved fries. Personally to me, that’s nasty. I didn’t touch the fries with my hands, but she didn’t know that, I could’ve done something to the fries and she wouldn’t have known.
Another time, the line wasn’t even that long yet it took me an hour to get my food. It wasn’t that people were ordering a lot, it’s that the workers were just taking long, but maybe they were just understaffed.

Had to remind myself why I don't come here and today Maria, who is working on her own, did not make me feel welcome or appreciated. She wouldn't help me at the counter but she did help the guy in front of me. Maybe I'll be back in a few years but maybe not. I check reviews and this place is already at 3.6.
Sad part, Maria isn't young so I can't blame ignorance, she knows what she could do and should do but simply chooses not.
Kiosk will be taking jobs here and when that happens I still won't come because people need jobs.

I visited Burger King for a quick lunch and was impressed by both the service and the food. The staff was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I had the classic Whopper, and it was perfect—tender beef, fresh veggies, and that smoky grilled taste. The fries were crispy and not greasy, a true delight. The restaurant had a nice ambiance, with a cozy vibe and neat seating arrangements. It’s definitely a great spot to grab a tasty meal and enjoy some downtime!
