The food was decent. Still a bit overpriced for the food. The service that day was busy, look like maybe they only had one person available to help customers so a lot of people are waiting, and the customers before me were talking very negatively about Chili's. They were saying they couldn't believe they were there waiting so long and no one had asked them if they needed help. When I was helped everything was fine, I'm assuming the girl was busy at the time so I didn't mind plus I'm patient so it doesn't bother me much. As long as my food is in cold or nasty I'm good. Besides that the inside of the restaurant seems pretty clean for the most part.

Very cold! It was a cold night, but the restaurant itself was very cold. Bring a jacket Service was slow and we only saw the server to take our order and deliver our food. Food was fine. Nothing special, but it’s a chain restaurant so it isn’t expected to be.

Chili's is always going to be just Chili's, so they met my expectations. Service was ok, super friendly server, but she disappeared after our food was delivered, and we needed help (ended up getting napkins myself). The adult beverages were good, and that's why folks come back. The ribs had almost no meat on them; I'd like to say I was disappointed, but honestly that's what I expected. Don't go to Chili's for ribs (a family member wanted to). Burgers were huge, but really greasy. Great hangover burgers. The brisket quesadillas were shockingly bad. Looked and tasted more like cafeteria food. Big miss. The biggest annoyance, and one thing that certainly set the mood, was the smell of the table. I actually don't know why I don't post about this more often, but in many restaurants and bars, like this one, for some reason they clean the surfaces with smelly towels. In some places the folks get 'nose blind' and can't smell the smell that people walking in from the outside can smell, and it's from reusing towels way too long. I think some people who aren't aware of what they're smelling think that it's normal. My mom was a server for 15 years and she taught me exactly what that smell was. It's gross.

If you come very hungry, don't even think about it and don't arrive, because if you are looking for a refuge, go ahead! I spent an hour waiting for my food, yes, waiting for my food, I'm not talking about being assigned a table, it's not that more than an hour passed and the food never arrived, so I cordially told the waitress and charge me for the drink, to which she just said ok, don't worry, the drink is on me, at the end of the day, our food never arrived, I hope it never comes back, first and last time I go to a restaurant like this, this happened on 10/20/2024 at approximately 6pm

My friend and I came here after doing some errands and overall it was ok. Our waitress was on point with our refills, but to be honest, we think they forgot our order until someone else mentioned it and then that’s when our food came. A group of teenage girls (3 of them) sat behind my booth and kept moving it but that wasn’t our waitress’s fault or anything just of annoyance.
