Even though the donuts are good and the sandwiches are larger some of the other local places, the service has gone very down hill in the last few years. Guy at the counter lied to me and said they no longer make sandwiches. I would pass that off as the new guy just learning the menu if it didn't happen on several occations with the same guy. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, you lost a customer.
Horrible customer service very rude !! We went here before my daughter softball tournament we stood there waiting while one employee visited for 15 minutes with a customer and the other employee totally ignored us and helped everyone one else that walked in way after us and she was so rude to us when she finally helped us . , we will never go back !! Guess because we weren’t regulars they didn’t want our business. .

I went in with a last minute request for special donuts for my daughter’s birthday. Not only did they help me out, the needed special sprinkles so they ran over to the store to get them instead of telling me they couldn’t do it. This was already my go to place for donuts, but if it wasn’t it would been after this amazing service!

Please for your own health and wellness, DO NOT EAT ANY BACON HERE. I’ve ordered multiple breakfast sandwiches from here and i only eat bacon, egg and cheese, the bacon has been raw, GREY and slimy. They also put mayo on the breakfast sandwiches without informing you and it just tasted so disgusting.
