Was really surprised by behavior that the employee showed this morning. The female employee young with a piercing in her eyebrow was blatantly rude to my teen to where he felt bad buying a dozen donuts. So i had to walk in and order. I thought the behavior wasn't going to be shown since a parent was doing the order, but no she was just as rude. Save your self the hassle dont bother going in, this USED to be a family friend eatery, not anymore. Ill take my money elsewhere i urge you all to do the same thing. I support small family friendly local businesses, this is not one anymore. Ill be going to mana donuts from now on.

Just left this place I got a ham and cheese and when they asked "warmed up? " I said for a few seconds cause they get all soggy and what does this female do probably left it in there for like 3 minutes eff this place

I went in with a last minute request for special donuts for my daughter’s birthday. Not only did they help me out, the needed special sprinkles so they ran over to the store to get them instead of telling me they couldn’t do it. This was already my go to place for donuts, but if it wasn’t it would been after this amazing service!

Please for your own health and wellness, DO NOT EAT ANY BACON HERE. I’ve ordered multiple breakfast sandwiches from here and i only eat bacon, egg and cheese, the bacon has been raw, GREY and slimy. They also put mayo on the breakfast sandwiches without informing you and it just tasted so disgusting.

Really great maple bars! Maple bars are my favorite donut and this place makes great ones! The lady who is there on weekday mornings (early) is always SO nice and helpful. I enjoy getting my donuts from her. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is not because of the donuts...they are great (I have also had the chocolate bars and cinnamon rolls), it is because of the lady who is there on the weekends. A different lady, with very poor customer service is there on the weekends. She is rude and unfriendly, and customer service is important to me. Go during the week so you can be helped by the nice lady.

My 73 year old mother and I waited for a long time to be served and they were refilling creamer and taking out the garbage while we waited. Finally after being ignored I let them know I was taking my business elsewhere. They replied that they were busy. I am sorry but taking out garbage and refilling creamer shouldn’t be a priority over customer service!

The donuts that we got were very fresh and delicious! I would eat them once or twice a week but I don’t think my body would look that good. My son works near there and he takes donuts to work and friends often. I agree the old reviews are from long ago and maybe the old owners?

I will never come here again the hot chocolate had ants in it,if my kid had not asked me for some I would of never found out,I opened the lid to pour her some and there they where,I went back right away and showed the discretely and they asked where my receipt was and I told the lady that served me you did not give me one,I told her I was just there,I told here I got a bear claw and hot chocolate,they gave e me the money for the hot chocolate and I left,I will never go back there again!!!!!!!!
Disappointed in this donut shop, usually good service, and good donuts but today I walked in and was completely ignored by two women who were chatting with someone behind the counter. Waited a while. They looked at me, turned around and kept talking so I walked out. From what I’ve read in other reviews about the rudeness of the people working there we won’t be back. You shouldn’t treat customers that way.

Please Beware this place charges more then displayed price for the items, I came in to buy some bagels and the posted price on the display was $1.79 but sales lady charged me $2.21. When I asked why is she charging more she rudely said this is what is on my computer. So they are wrongfully overcharging you all. I usually don't pay any attention on prices but this time another customer had the same problem with another item so I paid attention on my charges. I did not buy anything in this store this time and walked away. This is unethical and immoral and illegal to overcharge without the consent of the customer. I am going to report this to authorities. But Beware.......... go to another store if you can!
