Used to love this location. They now have kiosks that are hard to use. 4 workers in the back moving extremely slow kept looking at us and didn't even try to help. Not going back. It has now followed in the foot steps of mcd and taco b.

I'm sorry but the Del Taco in Beaumont is going down hill fast The last 3 times I've been there our grilled chicken burritos were half filled and the third time I got food there when I unwrapped my burrito it was open and I only had 4 pieces of chicken in it. I'm not paying 4.00 for a chicken burrito with no chicken in it also I used to think the crinkle fries were the best sorry not anymore.

Food showed up ICE cold, chili fries were essentially inedible as if it had been sitting on the counter getting it's chill on for an hour. Not to mention the container was covered in chili as if it had been handled by a toddler.
Burger was hardly warm, and they stuffed an extra set of fries in the bag for whatever reason, couldn't even eat that it was so cold.
Why should I pay almost $15 more than pick up just to get an absolute disaster of an order? And I know it's not the driver's fault, it's the restaurants.
I expect the order to be some level of slightly cooled since it's delivery but give me a break. I'm literally down the street from this place so there is no excuse for it.
If you were thinking about delivery from this establishment don't even bother, it's clear they don't care. Especially the way the food was handled and packaged on a night that wasn't even remotely busy hours. Won't order from here ever again.
