Alright so the women are lazy workers. There’s a male worker that greeted us and served us our food; he was multitasking and a hard worker. He kept getting up and attending all customers, this was yesterday . The 2 females working yesterday were sooo lazy. They spent the entire time that I was there sitting more than working. My food was also unseasoned and undercooked. :( So i got sick when i came home.

Under "new management " and it sucks as bad as the old. Came in with an app coupon and "the owner" couldnt figure out how to use it. It told me to place an online order instead.
Try CUSTOMER SERVICE!. ITS NOT MY JOB TO PAY YOU AND DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU!!! An owner should have known better. You had your chance to wow me back to Dickeys and now im just irritated.

I guess new management at this location. No one is ever inside eating I don't know if that's a good thing or not. But the rating is for our order we place and items were missing when we got home. There's hardly ever parking near there.

I was working in the area and decided to stop here and get some bbq. I ordered some brisket which was really good at this location. The customer service was great definitely coming back to this location!

Under new management, took my family and food was delicious, you can definitely tell new management went in a did a deep cleaning compared to other previous times we had gone in before. We had great customer service, we will be returning back. We tried couple of their combo meals and they were all very tasty.

I used to love coming here, and typically had good/consistent food and service here. I placed an order tonight (one of the items was the giant baker with meat) and said item was delivered without all of the toppings on it. I called to speak to someone about it and before I could even tell the woman what was wrong with it, she interrupted me and started yelling over me telling me it was right because she personally made it. I explained to her I had it here in front of me and could literally send her a photo showing her what was missing. She hung up on me. When I called back, she stated she was the owner and her name was Pawan. She denied my request for a refund for that item because she was positive it was made as advertised, but stated she would drop a new one at my door personally after I denied her request of brining it back to the store (it was a delivery order).This issue was never resolved, and if she is the owner, is extremely unprofessional. I will not return to this business for that reason. I have provided photos obviously showing that this was NOT made as advertised.

Haven’t been to this store since before 2018. Total decline from the cleanliness of the store (walls, soda fountain/bbq bar area ,restrooms, tables). Placed a mobile order and used the restroom before food was ready. Restroom was neglected and absolutely disgusting. Also no paper towels to dry hands in restroom. Told the man working that they were out of paper towels and during my entire visit sitting down and eating my food he did not replace the paper towels. ( brought in napkins from the table when I used the restroom before leaving. In regards to the food. The potato casserole didn’t taste or look fresh. Very disappointingDoesn’t feel like the place is being kept up at all (old dirty clutter)Posted this to Dickeys BBQ customer support back in 1/7/24 and still no responseSo I thought I would now post of google reviews

I went there for dinner with my husband last night. I was happy with the service I received from the cashier and the person putting my food together. They were both very nice and customer service oriented. But as I was sitting there observing my surroundings, a customer came in and hit a weed pen while the cashier was taking their order, The cashier laughed and the customer offered him a hit. He took the hit right there at the cash register. There was a minor in the dining room with his mother. She looked very, very unhappy. I myself was very unhappy with the way the young man at the counter composed himself during that situation. He thought it was cool and funny to do that. I think this kid should be reprimanded for his actions. This happened around 6pm.
