Pretty much had the same thing as James P happen tonight. Like him I've been going there for years. I've been in Beaumont since 2006. Recommend this place to everyone 24/7- I've lived in 4 communities here and tell them to not order from Yucaipa to dominos for here-- and order about 6 times a month on average-- sometimes more. But note, You can't change your mind if you order to go, to eat outside because the tables are full. So you wait for them to open up and take your food in, you will be rejected. And if you want to do it the they will tell you it's not okay-- with an attitude, raised voice and hands up in the air. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. Your entire staff should be trained on that. If they want to close up a restaurant and get home in 30 minutes get. A different job or understand that's not a realistic deadline. Nor you should your personal agenda affect the way you speak to people. With 4 kinds under 5 hearing you. And that your are working a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB. We left before your last party. This all could have been avoided. As a small shop wine and local business supporter this left a bad taste in my mouth. I always recommend your location and those sadness me more than I'd like it to. Do better. I expected it after years of support. I am more sad than mad. Because I loved it here.

Fun surprise on our road trip between Northern California and Arizona. Good service, fun atmosphere and homemade food. Big portions!Yum!
Came here for the first time last night. The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. Hosting staff was great, everything after was terrible. I was seated at the bar and was ignored by the entire staff until I left. There were two bartenders working last night who only spoke to me when taking my order, and when I asked for suggestions of what to order, the bartender told me to just “pick whatever it doesn’t matter. Both bartenders then proceeded to actively avoid stepping behind or even going near the bar the rest of the night. One of them walked behind the bar, looked at me, and walked back out without saying a word. I had to flag someone down to get my check and a box. When I received the bill, the bartender didn’t say a single word to me at all. It was complete awkward silence. And the food was terrible. I ordered a margarita pizza and it was soggy and flavorless. Definitely looks a lot better than it tasted. Worst experience ever. I’m never coming back to this restaurant again. (Would also like to mention that this place was not busy. I was the only person at the bar with the exception of one other person who was also ignored after they ordered.)

First time eating here. Ordered a antipasto and a Italian sub. And pasta salad was largely iceberg lettuce tons of cheese and pepperoncinis. There was no meat to be found. I asked for mustard and mayonnaise on the sandwich which also didn't come the prepared the way I asked. Not to mention that the bread was absolutely terrible. For being add Italian restaurant you think bread would be their number one priority. I've had a better sandwich at a chain sandwich shop which is sad. Since the sandwich was $15.

The food is very good and the portions are large. Service has always been timely. The dining area is a converted outdoor patio to "indoor". Although they did a good job with making it feel comfortable, I would say it's a wonderful atmosphere.

Only giving a two because their zucchini fries are delish ! Usually only order their zucchini but decided to venture out . I ordered chicken broccoli Alfredo which was watery , bland and topped with frozen grilled chicken . My spouse ordered chicken parm . He’s Italian , and said it was the worst he’s ever had . We’re both unsure how this restaurant is ranked highly .
Food was very good. Wait staff was attentive, but the furniture needs to be refinished in some spots.

Today I tried Domenico's. It was suggested I could get vegetables with my pasta dish. However, no vegetables were in my pasta dish. None. When I called, I was told I wasn't charged for the vegetables, so they couldn't give me a credit. Not impressed. The manager, Chelsea said they did error in not adding the vegetables to the order, and they 'will watch that in the future. But at least you didn't get charged for the vegetables.' I told her it wasn't my fault the vegetables weren't added to the order - I could have made this order at home for a lot less money. "Sorry you feel that way." All total it was over $32. Obviously, they don't hold themselves accountable for mistakes and don't care about customer retention. They're loss. (PS My friend who referred me said they recently had a problem with their order at Domenico's and now go to another Italian restaurant.)

MR BOB's Odds & Ends
Been getting lasagna and pizza from this place at least 3-4 times a year as they have one of the best service and great tasting menu around. Wish we seniors could afford to order more often from them. I usually order through my DoorDash app as I can either have it delivered or pick it up. I even saw they have a senior menu. The place is small for dining and you can’t tell if they have dining as it is kinda hidden and the front order counter is always busy. Well worth the wait.

My first time ordering at Domenico's. I was told it would be a half hour for my order to be ready and we're still waiting a half hour later at the business, nobody called to tell us they were running behind, so we asked for a free dessert and they flat-out refused us. I will not be returning to Domenicos I will go to Toscano's from now on. Their loss cause I place big orders. Our Philly cheese steak was burnt to a crisp and we were missing garlic bread from our order. One good thing they did reimburse us for those items.
