Dutch Bros Coffee is a popular coffee shop that offers a variety of drinks and excellent customer service. While the drive-thru can be slow at times, the quality of the beverages is generally high. Customers appreciate the generous pup cups and the recognition of regular visitors and their dogs. The staff were nice and the drive through line was quick. Some customers found the drinks to be just right and surprisingly sweet even when sugar free. However, one customer was disappointed, not tasting white chocolate in their banana cream pie shake, and their mom found their Aquaberry lemonade blended to taste of lemonade and medicine. This customer also wished for more transparent ingredient listings online. Another customer had a very positive experience, stating that Chloe, the drive-through assistant, gave them their lemonade for free when they were having a bad day, making their day and week.
