Nice and easy service said they’d be working on my drink next and man that was a lie straight up. If you plan on ordering ahead don’t stand and wait just go through the drive through so they’d make your order asap to get you out of the line. Happy new years.

I couldn't finish my coffee cuz I bought an extra shot, wrong answer. Had the shimmers & couldn't get to the bathroom fast enough. Coffee was great, my body just can't handle it.

Coffee is great but the service at this location is delayed to say it nicely. Even when you order ahead through the mobile app, the team here finds a way to cause a delay. My order wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after the ready time presented in the app. Kinda defeats the purpose…. Of ordering ahead when you’re in a rush. I legit watched people get in line and make new order after I arrived and get their coffees before I received mine. Dutch bots is awesome just not this one.
35 minutes in the drive thru for one drink. That's insane. What are they doing in there anyway? All the cars in front of me only ordered 1-2 drinks too. Next time I'll just order ahead.
