My family loves coming here. Food is always incredible. Only a few times they haven't gotten an order 100% correct. They have an incredible shift supervisor or manager named Blanca who makes sure they correct anything and ensures you are taken care of. Way to go El Pollo Loco for having such a great team.

The food was okay, nothing changed except the price. On that day, they ran out of wing and drumsticks, so I had to order what was available. 3 pieces of small chicken for $12 is expensive when you can get a whole chicken for $6 at Walmart.
