Cute little spot. And I'm writing this review to JUST talk about the deep fried ice cream. We've been searching for the perfect one and finally found it here. The chef came out himself to explain his process and it was the kindest thing! The ice cream was absolutely to die for. The perfect fried dough exterior with an ice cream center and the perfect cinnamon sugar dusting. I'd make the 30-minute drive just for the ice cream anytime. Staff was kind and food was good as well

The picture of the menu listed here, is an old picture and the prices have gone up. But it’s worth it! I always get the Carne Asada burrito, and it’s so much better than fast food and it’s so big!

Delicious food, great people

I've never ate anything so spicy. Shrimp tacos left me sweating. My husband chili reyeno had no cheese inside there was only one on the plate but we're assured there would be 2 when asked while ordering. Probably wont be back although in the past I enjoyed it here.

Delicious burritos and the chili relleno was the best I have had to date. The avocado salsa was a treat. Next drive thru this part of california it will be a stop to get more food.

Service was slow, and my wife and I were the only ones there. We went for happy hour drinks and food, but they didn't have any happy hour menus. So it was based on what our server could remember
I ordered a burrito, and the server asked if I wanted red or green sauce. I opted for red. The menu said choice of meat and i asked for shrimp. When i got the bill to pay, it was $3 charge for red sauce and $6 upcharge for shrimp. At no time ordering did server let me know the upcharge.

First timer today , had shrimp cocktail and chili relleno . The food was so good and I was a very happy costumer. Our server was a young girl who gave us great service . Definitely coming back here . They also sell menudo and pozole daily so that’s a plus A+

Service was really slow we waited a while just to get drinks and even longer to get food. I would still go back and give it another shot though. I did have a better previous experience.

Super cute and quiet place to grab some food. Waitress was absolutely gorgeous. I went there for a dinner date and she really gave us our space and let us sit there chatting away.

The carnitas is my favorite..Very flavorful..
The taquitos are another favorite.. Nice size portions..Service is very personable and friendly..

Frijoles Restaurant is a must-visit!

I had an amazing experience here—the food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was just as impressive. Every dish looked like a work of art and tasted even better. The flavors were fresh and full, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every plate.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was just as great as the food. Highly recommend Frijoles if you're looking for a place with incredible food and top-notch presentation. I'll definitely be coming back!
