Fuego Cravings - Beaumont

First time here and absolutely loved it. Food was delicious and the service excellent. We will definitely be back to our Beaumont location :)

This 1 star review should actually be NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. This was my first time coming to try out this restaurant and it was beyond the WORST DECISION I made. I placed an order ahead via yelp, I arrived as I got the notification that my order was ready, in that exact moment I was arriving, a guy is leaving with an order that looks like mine, and when I asked the employee at the front about my order, I said that the guy who just left may have taken it. She rudely and sharply stated “No”. As she looked, she came back and said he took my order.

NEXT, she proceeds to tell me I should run out of the restaurant and get my order from this sketchy looking stranger leaving the parking lot. I look at her with much surprise and tell her that I WILL NOT run after food after it’s already been taken out of the restaurant. Why didn’t she go and try to correct her mistake or literally do anything else to fix the issue ?

I THEN ask if they can remake my food, trying to offer them a chance to make things right. She ONCE AGAIN SAYS NO. What the heck ?! Their hours state they close at 9pm and it was around 7pm. The audacity to say that they would not make my order.

At that point, I asked for a refund. What a horrible excuse for a restaurant. The lack of accountability for their actions and their lack of customer service. I refused to go back here.

For anyone reading this review, the main takeaways:

1. This restaurant does not pay attention to give the correct orders to the right people

2. They have no customer service skills

3. They have no initiative/ care to make things right

I recommend GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Support another local business and get better food for a better price and with much better employee customer service.

Edith and Jasmine are great with people!! Food is very good!!!! Tastes authentic Mexican food!!! I will definitely recommend Fuego Cravings Mexican restaurant to all Beaumont residents!!!!!! 100%.

Our first time going there to eat! My wife ordered street tacos and I ordered a breakfast burrito the food tasted good ? little on the pricey side!! but I understand with the price of items being today ?

I personally love this restaurant for the Agua Frescas! They are sooo delicious, especially the Fresa con crema agua fresca. It’s boom.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered through DD. Spent 70 bucks on Quesabirrias Special 21 plus for 2 cold soggy tasteless cheese tacos with a Lil meat . Cold beans and super hard rice pellets(not edible at all really hard like sand). And no coke like it should have came with . Ordered kids nugget meal picture shows tender like ones it came with 5 Dino nuggets same ones I currently have in freezer smh. Soggy fries and aging no soda like it says it comes with. Got a Beans rice n cheese burrito but had no rice at all for 10$ and it was tiny almost size of bakers ones . Got 2 other Quesabirrias were also soggy and cold. Asked for no cilantro or onion cause allergies but evening came with it. This place is disgusting and way over priced for flavorless cold soggy reheated nasty food. Never again!!!! DONT WASTE UR MONEY. AND NO IT WASNT COLD CAUSE OF DD. I WATCH MY DRIVER ON THE APP GO THERE AND PICK IT UP AND CONE STRIGHT TO MY HOME 5MINS AWAY...NO OTHER DROPS OR STOPS SO THEY GAVE IT TO THEM COLD N SOGGY...PROBABLY HAD HIM SOTTING THERE WAITING FOR IT AS IT SAT ON THE COUNTER..

I ordered some kind of Sada fries the hot Cheeto fries and it was just hot. Cheetos poured on top. They couldn’t even crumble them like the advertised pictures horrible first time experience. I’m gonna have to go find the real hot Chito menu.
