I’ve lived in Beaumont since 2007 and I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service! I placed my order paid waited in the front for a few min witch whatever it’s busy it’s fine they get the order WRONG I go back in line in the drive thru they say pull to the window witch takes time since there’s a few cars I waited to be told by the older lady that took my order took it wrong so a young lady said “well if you want the rest of your tacos you have to pay the difference” with her fake ass smile and attitude they discuss something in Spanish and got attitude and charged me again after they admitted they took my order wrong ! The younger girl smiled so fake and weird saying welp you have to pay there’s no managers even though it was there fault and I had to wait outside and go back in drive thru doubt I’ll go back! 🫤

This sucks, Jack in the box used to be one of my favorite places to go to grab a late night snack. Until today. I got betrayed by the people working there and paid $15.29 for a large three piece chicken tenders combo, with the intention of ordering and paying for five piece large combo. Coincidentally, I didn't get my other 2 tenders, my honey mustard, or my receipt .
I felt very rushed out of this Wednesday at noon, and I hope other people don't have to experience paying for things that they don't receive as did I. I tried to call the store but nobody answered 😔

Every time I come here it's always an issue. The food isn't great, and they take forever to make one item on the menu, despite them not being busy. When the food ordered gets to you it's haphazardly built, or just thrown into the bag and spilled all over the place The service is just ok and the restraunt is dirty and the bathrooms smell horrible and need work.

Used the drive-thru while passing by on our way to SD. Food was made to order. Taste the same as other locations. The service was quick, and they actually got my drink correct.
Went last night for my 1st time and it was so gross the jumbo jack i orderd was freakin old and the only reason i knew that was because i took it all apart to see why i tasted the way it did and when i flipped the burger over it was god knws how old cause the bottom of the burger had old melted cheese well the top had fresh metled cheese never again will i ever eat out thats so gross i eat at home cause i knw what im doing to my food and i knw its fresh
