Horrible costumer service. I wasn't even acknowledged while I stood at he counter in front of the cashier and cook who were talking about their shopping plans. In the middle of prepping the food the cook picked her scabs and continued to cook.

I go here 5x week order the same exact order Sunday - Tuesday my girl gets my order perfect loaded tiny tacos no lettuce extra sauce and cheese . But Wednesday Thursday another older lady who can’t understand gets my order incorrect. I’ve told her 3x now and every order wrong. She can’t speak English well but why have her at drive-thru. Very annoying.

Have been here once or twice a week for the last month every morning like around 5:00 AM the lady working drove thru has messed it up every time either forgetting my drink or forgetting to switch the fries even giving the wrong food so if I don’t check it every time I’m handed it it’s wrong.

it's hard to enjoy your food when you need to use the bathroom you see the amount of pee on the floor you just hold it. i can't believe this place has 4 customers and they don't have time to clean.🤮 just get it to go if you must. fyi if the restroom is like this next time it will be my first YouTube video about nasty restaurants so CLEAN YOUR STORE!

Bathroom had only 1 of two stalls working and there was no toilet paper. When the staff was told that more toilet paper was needed they said thank you but no one moved to fix problem. The beverage dispenser listed 10 options and only half were working and no one was available at to counter to help.
Customer service at the window kept touching her hair. Then when I got my food, I reached in the bag to cold fries. And we all know Jack's fries are trash when their cold. Cant even warm them after. But this is my fault. Because this location is a hit or miss when it come to food. Not coming back, im good.

This place has horrible service. Ordered drive thru waited in the parking lit for 10 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich! This place needs faster service.

I went to the drive thru and the staff was so rude and disrespectful while I was being kind and trying to order some food. I clearly spoke slow and accurate on my order and the screen matched what I said but I was given completely different food and the drive thru was empty. And these people demand more money for minimum wage while they can't even do the simplest things while giving horrible customer service.
