Jersey Mike's Subs

I go here often and love to get my sandwiches because the experience is usually good with staff and food but this visit in particular ALL the staff was not only disrespectful to me but to another customer and was even talking smack about other customers openly and loud as well once they left the store. Their was a soda at the machine that was out and the muscle kid was cursing in the back and even called the customer a dog and the girls that were working there also told him that that's what they heard him say and defended him. Also the lettuce they were serving was pink and old and I told the employees about it and they assured me it was made in the morning and was fresh. I took a picture of the lettuce for reference if you ever want a picture. This was the most unpleasant visit to this location Ive ever had and I hope these employees get a good talking to to change their behavior. As I'm typing this in the store I can hear them saying they want to call off work because they don't care to come in. I'm not sure what's wrong with these young adults working today but wow I don't even want to experience this again the next time I come in.

The restaurant is clean, but the process seems off. The one person making sandwiches was also in charge of taking phone orders. This meant that the line just kept getting longer and longer.
I also prefer sandwich shops that offer more than just lettuce, tomato and onion as their vegetable selections. I prefer veggie sandwiches to meat sandwiches and the veggie sandwich here leaves a lot to be desired. My husband enjoyed his sandwich, however. He is a meat eater.

Completely ignored my request to not include cheese on my sandwich order. And when we told them that there was cheese on the sandwich, and notified them that I had a severe dairy allergy. They just brushed it aside and didn't seem to think it was a big deal.

Do not come here! They turned away veterans on veterans day. The two girls working were extremely rude!!!! Online they offered free sandwiches for Vets. I'll never buy from Jersey Mike's again!!!!

Placed an order online after 7. Said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Got there a few minutes after I was told and nothing was ready. Still had to wait like I had walked in and ordered it right then and there and there were at least two employees who could have been making the sandwiches for the four or so people waiting around and were talking to each other. Fantastic experience.

One of my favorite places to grab a good sandwich love the Club Sub.

I have gone here a handful of times because I truly love the food but the service is horrible, they are not friendly and look like they are always bothered. There is a girl there with blue hair that is always rude and looks so mad I’ve seen her be rude to even to the elderly! Please train your staff, if you don’t like your job then find another one!

It's a walk in and order at the counter sub shop, and I can't envision how to make it better. I would eat here much mote frequèntly if it were not so pricey--but it's California. Everything looked clean and the service was top notch. The people seemed want to be there. I had the #13 and there was just the right amount of stuff to bread ratio and they resisted the urge to put tomato ends on it! Thank you.

The girl at the front without a name tag (time 2:21 -2:53) was very condescending towards the 50-plus peeps. I witnessed this as I waited for my sandwich, which supposedly was being prepared. I stood there waiting for 30 minutes and noticed a bag with my name. None of the workers were enjoying their job, but they did make an awesome sandwich
