I had a great experience tonight!!! The gentleman helping me was very sweet, and offered me a coupon for being my first time at Jersey Mikes in so long! the store was very clean, and the sub was amazing!

It was better tasting than subway, but honestly not that much more impressive. I don't think they offered as many options for bread, cheeses and veggies. Only two employees trying to fulfill too many orders at once, so they were kinda short with us and acted in a hurry to get us out of the way. Not their fault. Would eat there again, just didn't feel too welcome honestly.

A little heads up when ordering roast beef. I have never had this happen to me at any other Jersey Mike’s but here. However when ordering you must specify that the roast beef should be cooked(?). I received a raw roast beef in my sandwich and I could not eat it. At all. We even had a chicken salad sandwich which we threw away as well. Not only that spending almost $30 for two sandwiches that I could not eat. Absolutely dissatisfied and I’d like a refund however over the phone the employees specifically mention that’s how people eat it. If that’s the case it would make more sense to have a refrigerated storage for pick up orders because when I took my first bite it was room temp and raw.

Stood in line for 15 or more minutes to order. Only 3 people in front of me. First time at a Jersey Mike's and not much better than Subway. Only two girls to serve customers. Owner needs to evaluate help and service.

These two girls Abby and Lola were absolutely amazing and helped me and my friend get our food before I go to work. They kept us which was amazing and I loved I felt very welcomed and entertained would definitely go there again 10 out of 10.

I ordered a giant #2 and it was pitiful how skimpy the sandwich was and especially the amount of meat. I've been a long time customer and I've never had such a meager sandwich. There was barely any meat on it and absolutely ridiculous that I paid $18.30 for it. The meat should've been doubled to make it the norm. The JM on Greenspot Rd. in Highland is my normal go-to and it's always perfection and never skimping on the ingredients; the Beaumont location in general is never really good, but this is by far the worst and most pathetic sandwich I've had from there (the one I got last week had barely any oil and vinegar and was so dry). JM is extremely pricey as it is and people are willing to pay the high cost because its quality and generous in its ingredients and that was NOT met with the this order. Seriously, the manager of this location needs to have a firm talk with their employees about quality control and meeting the company’s expectations. It’s laughable how this sandwich looks.

Stopped in for a quick bite while I charge the Tesla. I got a club sub Mike’s way Angela’s twist on it. Honestly Angela greets you with the biggest and most genuine smile. I rarely eat jersey mikes so she recommended something’s and man the sub came out 💣 💣💣. Definitely going to be eating jersey mikes a lot more! Thanks Angela ☺️

I went here for the first time starving after a workout at planet fitness. I didn’t know what I should order so I asked Angela her recommendation and she said make my meal with some “TLC”. Now I come here all the time. 10/10 would recommend. Plus more bang for your buck than Panera Bread.
