I use DoorDash to order. The food is very good! Service is excellent! Their chicken, potato salad and cilantro rice are excellent! Thank you Juan Pollo for making dinners a little less tedious! 😀

The chicken was excellent as always. I was disappointed; however, about the side salad that I ordered. When I got home and opened the container, the salad was old (brown) and wilted. Obviously, it was at least one to two days old. Please do not serve old salad to your customers. I paid $30 for a mini meal and expected to have all my sides fresh.

Best Juan Pollo I’ve been to. Worth the extra drive. Chicken tastes clean and the way the slice and chop it, makes it very appetizing. Plus they still use cheddar cheese, some franchises switched over to mixed cheese, which I don’t like.

So i haven't been to this location in a couple of years but have always enjoyed it, however there were things i didnt like but times have changed. The rice and potatoe salad has always been great and still is. The chicken used to be dry which is no longer the case and the beans used to be bland but that is also no longer true. Those were the two issues i had with Juan Pollo but now, the beans are great! Better flavor and texture and the chicken is moist. So much better. Someone knows what they are doing! Very happy with improvement. The service was always great and still is.

The food is always tasty, however the service thru their online ordering system sucks. I submitted an order and it got confirmed at 5:35. The text gave me a time for pick up. Showed up at the time stated on text and it was not ready. I waited 30 minutes for my food. What's the point of ordering ahead if the food will not be ready and will prioritize the new walk ins. Terrible probably won't try this location again as this is not the first time it happens.
