We ordered a tostiloco and ask to add mango and they said was extra which wasn’t the problem for us but they had a very bad attitude we seat and were exited to try it but the mango was really old and we nicely ask and told the lady that the mango taste old and bad and she roll her eyes on us pretty bad service

Paid for a scoop of mango ice cream, and the flavor did not taste like mango. I’ve been coming to this michocana since 2015 and always get the mango flavor. I went inside and asked if I can choose a different flavor because it did not taste like mango and the short hispanic lady (manager) I believe said “no it’s good, we sell this all day”. I said I understand that but the flavor does not taste like mango to me can I get a different flavor. With attitude she says “ I’m only doing it this one time, no one ever complains about it. It’s good, so maybe you wanted a different flavor.” I said no, I’ve came here plenty of times and have gotten the mango flavor before. She proceeds to say well I’m only changing it this one time… as she is handing me the new flavor I chose she slams it on the table. Very unprofessional and disgusting customer service from her.

order a plate with fruit and asked for mango they said it was extra i said fine no problem. i paid and notice it was 4 dullards extra for mango no problem. got to my house an notice they gave me some old nasty mango pieces that probably sit there for days and the watermelon super old too. check your order before you leave. this fruit plate cost me almost 20 bucks.

If you’re going for the ice creams and popsicles then you will be in for a very delicious treat! Other than that I don’t recommend any of the other stuff, like the cucumbers with chili and nuts... on the display they look delicious but they are expensive and definitely not fresh.. will not get those ever again... to play it safe the ice creams and the aguas frescas are delicious. Fir the amount you pay for these things you’d expect better quality and freshness. The workers are nice and the place is pretty clean.

To the Nachos they put half of the portion that they should take and asked to talk to the manager and the manager behaved very rude and arrogant with my wife the last time we visited this business we had a very bad experience The owner of this business should see very closely the behavior of his workers and the portions that they must give legally could get into problems with the type of manager they have

It seems there was some hidden peanuts in the Cookie Dough Monster ice cream my son ordered. He immediately started having a reaction within minutes. This ice cream is not labeled as having peanuts and is labeled as cookie dough ice cream, we’ve never had a problem with his allergies ordering ice cream anywhere else so we will never come back here.
First, let me say the ice cream and paletas are good here. Pricey, but good. I just had a bad experience with the lady checking me out that makes me never want to come back. I go in with my 16 month old son and go to the checkout to pay for my paletas. The lady immediately asks about my grandson. When I say he's my son, she looks flabbergasted and asks how old I am. I'm 42 and just had him last year. She's like, I'm 46 and have several grandchildren. Then she turns to her coworkers and says in Spanish (assuming I don't understand Spanish) that I'm lying and that he's my grandson. So rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming back here again.
