They messed up our order, didn't believe us and had us bring all 4 pizzas back to verify. Asked them to fix the order and remake fresh the other pizzas they made us bring back. It took them almost an hour putting us behind others instead of a priority for their mistake. This place SUCKS!

Almost always short staffed, upon entering store never greeted, always needing to call to get attention. Poor staffing, poorly managed. No sense of leadership. I came into looking for items to purchase for lunch only to leave after having to wait and then when I was acknowledged I still wasn’t helped but told we’ll be right with you. No line. No sense of business but a complete lack of urgency. Little ceasers has the capacity to make a lot of $ due to its affordability and quality taste for the amount that you pay. However you never see it due to poorly ran infrastructure… address this. Has happened 2-3 times it’s becoming a trend.

I came on time to pick up my order and it took an additional 10 min, the food looks great they just need to hire more people, this looks like a popular little ceases to order from, it's best to order it through app or on their website, when people tried ordering it in store it was a 45 min wait, one of the lady's were helpful with updating when my food will be ready

The manager at Little Caesars Beaumont, CA was totally unprofessional and argued with me in front of other customers over a simple request for marinara sauce—despite the breadsticks costing the same with or without sauce. She accused me of trying to get something for free and refused to provide a supervisor or corporate contact. I’ve reached out to corporate multiple times with no response. This level of service—both in-store and at corporate—is completely unacceptable.

Whoever is making the pizza and bread sticks today, please make it better. The cheese was not melted all the way. The pizza was not cut throughly, and the bread sticks had no garlic cheese sauce on them.
