Would like to give a better rating but they just aren’t ever open late enough. Only McDonald around here and they close at 10? Maybe one day I’ll be able to shop here.

This location is very busy and they didn't have enough employees but, the ones there were getting it done. And they forgot the sauce for the chicken nuggets and so we had to wait in line and $50 worth of food got cold and the McFlurry got warm. So, not a good experience, alot of wasted money. Not happy about that.

Hand bad experience they claim my order did not come through but still charged me for it. I lost my money and did not get anything. Today 02/03/25. I had a deal buy one get one free mc griddle. I got a mac griddle and and hash brown instead of two sandwiches. I told them im deleting the app. Food is unhealthy anyways.

Horrible customer service, I placed a mobile order and had a friend pick it up because I was busy and they would not allow him to pick up my order when it was already paid for and he had the mobile order code. Who ever runs this establishment should be ashamed of them selfs

The lady working only gave me one sauce for a happy meal and two McDoubles, and told me she could one give one for the happy meal, after I already told her don’t we at least get two sauces before they start to charge $0.25 per sauce. After all that she only gave me one sauce!

Horrible customer service. Needed to pay at the counter with cash. Not one employee walked to the counter to assist. I asked for assistance 3 times. Employee stated she would get someone at the counter. After 20 minutes of waiting to pay a woman who I believe to be the manager walked help me. She looked so bothered that I needed to pay for cash. She took my payment with not one word said. Can’t believe a law was actually passed to pay these lazy people more money. First and last time coming to this location.

Their staff is rude and I treat people the way they wanted to be treated. Can't complete a mobile order and they want to blame their app for missing items when receipt is all cut off. What a joke. Tried giving them a chance but I ain't never going there rather help other cities with better customer service. They didn't bother to provide good service or receipt all cut off. Just terrible. They deserve zero stars.

I went to this restaurant last week like usually maybe once a month and I order the same thing as the last 15 years back and now they tell me it will be .20 cents for each xtra salsa I want because they said now they can only give for free 2 salsas on the whole order and I order 8 sausage mcmuffins w egg and 8 hash browns, so I explain to the manager that one it was the first time they tell me that ridiculous, but she doesn't care what I said , so I'm thinking siriuslis on stop going more to that restaurant specifically
