Went on Christmas night with around $130 order and they got not a single thing wrong.

Ordered on the App for an iced coffee. Keep in mind this location charges extra for liquid sweetener and they go light on the pumps. Otherwise good overall.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years, and overall it’s been a good location. I’ve had far more positive experiences than negative ones, which is why this situation stood out to me.

I recently stopped by because I was craving the cookie tote and decided to order a frappe as well. I don’t usually order frappes from McDonald’s, but since I was already there, I asked if it was possible to add an extra shot of espresso and remove the whipped cream. The drive-through employee told me that adding an extra espresso shot was possible, which I appreciated.

When I tried to order the two-burger deal, I was told that it no longer existed. The drive-through menu board has been faded for months, making prices hard to read, so I trusted what I was told. After paying, I was informed that the frappe machine was down and offered an iced coffee instead. I was disappointed, but I didn’t make a big deal out of it. I parked as instructed and received my order shortly after.

The real issue came later. On a return visit, a different cashier told me that the two-burger deal does, in fact, still exist. By that point, I had already gone around telling people the deal was discontinued because that is exactly what I was told at this location. Finding out that this information was incorrect was frustrating and honestly embarrassing, and it affected whether I wanted to return for that order at all.

Being given information that turned out not to be true also made me question the interaction itself. I’ve never had issues at this location before, never rude, never made a scene. So why did that cashier flat out lie to me? and what was the motive? Was it because I ordered a Frappe with no whipped cream and an extra shot of espresso? I didn't even say expreso or anything.. Why was he so bothered? And Is it possible they lied to me about the Frappe machine being down too that day? The Ice coffee was 90% ice.

This McDonald’s has a good reputation, which is why this experience was disappointing. I’m sharing this because consistency and clear communication matter, and moments like this can leave loyal customers second-guessing an otherwise solid location.

This particular location already has a substandard rating of a 3.5 on here. Really feel places like this should cut their losses and get rid of their bad workers who don't want to do their job.

You’re better off getting food from a gas station. Im fully convinced they purposely serve stale food, its a guarantee if you go here. $10 for 2 McMuffins is also criminal.

Very poor customer Service communication, and people skills. The manager Juana very rude. I tried to let her know that she should communicate and give ETA times for long waiting customers and delivery drivers. so we can keep the customers updated that we’re delivering for. I was talking to her in a respectful manner just trying to give her some pointers because there was about a handful of people waiting for orders that ordered in-store and delivery drivers that were being completely ignored with very long wait times when a simple ETA will diffuse the whole situation and give light to understanding of what’s going on and why things are taking so long. It’s just simple things to not let situations like this escalate this far. Management at McDonald’s has to do so much better and standards need To be met in order to be a manager there if you can’t deal with customers or a lunch rush, there’s no reason you should be a manager. working in fast food, you know you’re gonna be under a lot of pressure. You know what your job consist of so there’s no reason for you to get out of character and be unprofessional to anybody customer delivery, driver or fellow employees this is my opinion And I hope something‘s done about this to make everybody’s experience better in this location.

Manager is rude to all doordash and uber eats drivers, likes shes better than us and then allows her workers to disrespects us and not hand us our food.....sometimes we try to go in the lobby is closed then they leave it open and force us to come in when NOONE IS in drive thur!! We are a delivery service, we dobt have time for your games lady! Be nicer or get a different job!

If you like waiting a long time for cold fast food then this McDonald’s is the place for you! No shade to the folks working there, they’re clearly understaffed and are doing their best. But buyer beware if you plan on eating in the lobby. Food took forever and everything was cold and stale. Save your money and eat at the Chilis next door.

This McDonald's is always gross fries or old and overcooked nothing is fresh ever it doesn't matter what time I come here and they take forever for $20 an hour these people should be way faster at their job fries are old looking they're not how McDonald's french fries are supposed to be they need to have somebody come in from corporate to make them change

Everytime I come here the food is stale and nasty. They put so much sauce on the burgers it's ridiculous... The fries are always hard and impossible to eat..They will have you sit and wait in the parking lot even if the line is empty... Then the employees are rude when you ask about it... The place isn't clean either... Over cooked food and bad service.
