i faced discrimination at this McDonald's location . The manger start doing uncalled for behavior by a manger or anyone . But to work at public establiment and to behave so poorly is unrealistic to me . Very unprofessional and unacceptable and unwelcoming behavior . that manager needs to be retrained on customer service . This behavior is unacceptable .The worst McDonald's who have raciest manager ( old women ) refuse to serve black women .Let me wait at the register for 25 minutes and served everyone else but me. Waited until another manger decided to take my order before pretending as of that what she was going to do .. then rushed me to the side to take an older white women order .. racism at McDonald's and it's 2024 .. without customers they have no jobs ..

Went through drive through was asked to wait and in parking stall 3, ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich meal. when my food was delivered to me while I waited out in the parking lot, I asked if there was ketchup, the employee proceeded to put her hand in my food bag to prove to me that there's no ketchup in there and that's when I discover. There's also no hash brown in there. very unacceptable customer service that they don't even ask if you want condiments. And then putting your hand in my foodbag, not going to allow that.

Used to be my favorite McDonald's, was fast and had really good service in the past. Now they can't even get your order right and added things I didn't order and didn't get my actual order correct. I don't know what happened to this place, such a shame. Only ordered 5 items and was told I had to wait at the pickup area.

First I'll start by saying that my experiences with this location stem from years of going to this McDonald's so I'm not just someone complaining after one bad experience.We have had many good ones but lately they seem very few and far between. The service is horrible now with many employees just bumping into one another and making excuses why orders aren't coming out.The front counter goes unmanned for long periods of time while a line forms almost times going around the corner from the register.The mobile order is a joke with people sitting outside waiting on food for over 20-30 minutes.The restaurant has zero napkins out for customers to grab causing a greater line at the pick up counter.Every time an employee speaks with a customer they have an apology ready for them. Which isn't bad in itself but think about the reason why they need to apologize over and over again to almost every customer that they encounter.The restaurant only cares about the drive thru because the timing is monitored but even that is always a long wait.The only saving grace is that the food comes out tasting decent and hot if you can actually get it right after they package it.This isn't enough for us to continue eating at this location. After today's service I'm down grading my review star count from 5 to 2 and we won't be eating here anymore.

I have never ever seen such bad service in my life! We waited 5 minutes for our order to be taken, no one in the lobby not busy at all. My husband asked how much longer because the total time by then was. 30 minutes for a 20 piece of nuggets, I think we were patient enough and to be treated so disrespectful! The manger yelled and said we needed to wait, and if we wanted to fill out a application so we can help, we asked to speak to the manager and she said it's me and she wasn't giving us her name my daughter was afraid and started to video record the situation. We asked for our money back and the manager throws the money on the counter ! A second women in a gray sweater that said Beaumont wouldn't give us her name and said she doesn't have a name badge on and doesn't need to give us her name ether and said for us to leave. We have contacted headquarters . It took more energy for both of these women to be so angry for no reason! The
