We were visiting from out of town and stopped at the food truck during the Thursday night village festival in downtown Palm Springs I don’t know if it was an off night but the $18 brisket sandwich was not great. Tasted lighter fluid and charred coal and the meat was dry and falling apart. On the the bright side the BBQ sauce was good.

Melo, was very nice and gave me the most respect i have ever experienced and was down to earth. Great ribs, burgers, greens, potatoe salad nonegg, and hot links, fish and shrimp was bomb one stops shop they dod it all high quantity! Thanks Melo and company much appreciated and fair pricing for value ! We will be back ! God bless ! I almost for got then desert's chocolate cake and seven up cake bomb ! Hands down some great bbq! Great service, great food in town! I had some late night cravings, 10 minutes before closing I called them up and placed an order. They hooked me up! Some of the best brisket I’ve ever had, sausage links and baked beans were just some of my favorites. Im definitely coming back! ?

Y’all. I’ve been craving collard greens for WEEKS. I drove by. Nicest guy ever. Got the brisket sandwich with both sides as collard greens. And a hot link. I tasted everything. DELICIOUS. My husband loved the sandwich (it was for him) and the link. The collards were tender and Smokey with a nice kick. I’ve been dying for some close to home. Seriously worth going to. Hope to see him around town more often!
