We were visiting from out of town and stopped at the food truck during the Thursday night village festival in downtown Palm Springs I don’t know if it was an off night but the $18 brisket sandwich was not great. Tasted lighter fluid and charred coal and the meat was dry and falling apart. On the the bright side the BBQ sauce was good.

Great ribs, burgers, greens, potatoe salad nonegg, and hot links, fish and shrimp was bomb one stops shop they dod it all high quantity! Hands down some great bbq! Great service, great food in town! I had some late night cravings, 10 minutes before closing I called them up and placed an order. They hooked me up! Some of the best brisket I’ve ever had, sausage links and baked beans were just some of my favorites. Im definitely coming back! ?
