Ono has always been a reliable food option. The food is tasty and we love that they offer steamed veggies.
At this location parking was easy and seating plenty. Food came out fast and delicious. I’m glad I’m able to substitute the rice for Mac salad since I like their Mac salad. We enjoyed the Hawaiian beef and chicken katsu. The portion is pretty big for what you pay for.

First time visiting Ono Hawaiian BBQ. I walked in and the restaurant was clean and looked inviting. I waited just a few minutes while the staff was helping others before my order was taken. I ordered the mini katsu chicken dish and a cup for water. My interaction with the person taking my order was great. She was efficient and courteous. I found an open table, of which there were many. Not terribly busy for a Sunday evening. Though at least half the traffic was for take out. When my order number was called, I picked it up at the counter. The food was served in a to go style container. For somewhat fast food it looked appetizing and was the appropriate temperature. The taste was good. I liked my meal. Value for what I ordered seemed about right. Although I ordered a mini size serving, it was plenty for me. I wouldn't have been able to eat a full size dish on my own.

We have enjoyed the food from Ono for a long time. Since moving to the Beaumont area we thought we'd try this one. Not disappointed at all. No drive-through but the order staff were friendly and the food was exactly what we expected. We will be back.

The people that work here are not the best, staff seems to need more training, some staff member don't speak English and the wait times for food is crazy, new staff or better training or new managers

I placed an order for two Katsu chicken plates with rice and extra macaroni salad on 8/21/2025. When I arrived home on my lunch break to eat my food, I notice several shards of aluminum or metal in my rice. I didn’t have time to call back yesterday because I had to hurry back to work. Call Ono this morning 8/22/2025 and an employee recommended that send the images to corporate. However, awareness needs to be brought to this matter. Check your food.

Was very unprofessional ordered 100 dollars worth of food they got my order wrong had to redo it . When I got home one of my plates had so little of chicken but rest of plates were ok . When I called the big size tall lady said they are cutting down on the portions wow ..let me say there was no chicken really so sad cause I loved ordeordering there well I was so disappointed and discusseded just sharing this sad situation. They definitely lost our business.
