The Cashier Melissa is rude. Rang me up without my order being complete, I wanted to add a drink Asked for sauce, told me I needed to wait and was trying to ring up the person behind me while I was still in transaction of getting my order. Not sure what her issue was today, but it was unnecessary and unprofessional. If you hate your job, get a different one.

On november 10th 2024, i came in to place an order for carry out at the beaumont location. I was helped by team member Alyssa at 4:27 pm. I ordered a bigger plate and used my reward points to redeem a bigger plate for the price of a plate. My order was beijing beef, broccoli beef, and black pepper sirloin steak. Sides were double super greens. I also ordered a large teriyaki chicken entree. They were out of beijing beef and super greens. No problem I was willing to wait. They then proceeded To give all of the sirloin steak to a customer who came in ten minutes after. They then finished the Beijing beef, but now I had to wait for more sirloin steak which was already available when I ordered. Once they finished the sirloin steak, my plate then sat for another 5 minutes before they finished my order. I didn't get my order until 4:57 p m

Beautiful Panda Express! Not only from the outside, but also on the inside. Spacious seating and nice atmosphere. The place is clean and the staff friendly. Food is consistent and still affordable.
This is my safe go-to place. When I’m looking for something consistent (orange chicken and noodles) without risks.

The restaurant is very clean compared to the other Panda Express, the staff is friendly and we were served immediately. We felt very comfortable and it also tasted very fresh, which is why we give this place 5 stars. I can't understand the other reviews.

Tell me why it's 1145 and store opens at 10 and there's only orange chicken and teriyaki chicken to chose from ? Nothing else is made. I ask for 2 items that are not made so they say they'll make them. . but absolutely zero movement in kitchen 1 guy I guess he's the cook . Walking around. Decides to take some thrash out to front of store before he starts cooking. Why not make me wait longer no worries. The girl told him "customer waiting" but guess we are in his time. Cool no worries. I will not be back to this Panda again. Thank goodness I was just passing through. This is not my home panda express.
