These group of people are working are slow, it's not even a busy day. And they can't seem to get the orders ready and correct in a timely manner
Jay the manager today went above, beyond. There was a miscommunication of my order. But they promptly adjusted and prepared my order wonderfully. This location has always been fantastic to my lady… it’s a favorite of mine too now. Thank you

I used to frequent this place with a few close friends almost everyday. The staff is amazing with the exception of maybe one or two rotten apples the food is always decent who i dont think work there anymore cause i havent seen them and one long haired gentleman who is not so gentle or polite and happens to be a manager. Anyway lately there has been this older African American man and his even older mother who are homeless and i guess decided to make panera home. Now first id like to make clear that its not his ethnicity for i am half African American/Mexican American myself. I also have nothing at all against homeless people but what i do have an issue with is homeless people who have no regards for anyone else other than themselves. I mean we’re in there trying to eat and his mother has her shoes off up on the seats and at 80+ years of age feet are far from appealing. The man is very rude and disrespectful and also likes to dirty up the restroom like it’s his own. Shaves in there and leaves the hair everywhere, toenail clippings, i mean the list goes on and on. He also leaves for hours on end and leaves his mom, “HOME!” Im pretty sure you catch my drift. Now ive heard employees politely ask them to leave and whatnot but this man must know or think that there is some homeless squatters law that allows them to do as they please in that panera. So of course its pieology now more than panera all due to this. The owner needs to step his game up and back his employees when they say “IT’s TIME TO GO!”

The chicken noodle soup was basically broth. Just a couple pieces of chicken and pasta. The “bowl” was tiny . The size was what you’d expect as a side . Ten dollars for basically nothing . The drive through staff could use some PR training .

I'm so happy we have an affordable, clean, classy place to go for breakfast or lunch. Their self-serve kiosks are user-friendly and the staff is helpful. Thank you, Panera, and keep up the good work!

Food took over 1 hour and gave me the wrong order and shorted me out of the soup. Won’t be stopping by again

I’m only giving the Beaumont California location a one star rating because Panera is usually good generally. I placed my order online. The order said it would be ready at 9:15. I arrived at 9:15. to find out that it was still being prepped. I sat and waited another 8 minutes and watched the two male food prep people standing there, talking and talking and talking. I sat there and watched the orders piling up on the board and watched the male prep individuals doing very little in food prep and alot of talking about their latest adventures in the world.
Along with my order, I also ordered a large Dr Pepper. So when my food was finally ready 8 minutes late, I was standing at food counter had to wait again because these two Individuals were so busy in conversation they hadn’t paid attention that the soda was part of the order and wait for them to respond to me and give me a drink cup.
I should’ve known better to check my order before I left. But upon arriving home, I found them my order was indeed incorrect. I had customized my asiago breakfast bagel to include white cheddar cheese which I paid $.70 more for instead of the American cheese and it wasn’t on there. It was just a plain old American cheese..
This is the second Saturday in a row I’ve gone to this location and my order has been wrong up upon arriving home.
I wish these two prep people would spend as much time and energy on paying attention to detail on the orders that they are preparing as they do talking about their lives.
It's very sad because I've gone to this location at different times during the day and the only time I have problems is with the morning crew on Saturdays!!

Make sure you double check your to-go orders. Very frequently missing sides or items on salads. Pretty sad when a salad place can't remember to put croutons on a salad. If you're out of croutons at a salad place maybe let the people who buy your salads know beforehand? The salad tasted old, the avocado was slimy and old.
