Half the chairs in the restaurant were put up. It felt like the restaurant was closing even though it was only 7 pm with a few other customers. The waiter brought our waters then immediately kicked everyone out for some random reason lol. I wonder why they put an open sign when they don’t want any customers. But after seeing all the bad reviews, I’m glad we didn’t eat there.

Unfortunately this place is now closed. From what I’ve heard, it will be turning into a sport’s bar. I had some great memories in this spot during my high school years.

Something has changed and not for the better.
This used to be my hidden gem, my go-to spot for Pho. The flavors were consistent, the service was reliable, and the experience always left me satisfied. Lately, though, it feels like a completely different place. I’ve tried to place orders several times and either can’t get through or end up disappointed. The quality of the food is no longer what it used to be—recipes feel off, portions are inconsistent, and the heart that once made this place special seems to be missing.

It honestly makes me sad. I truly want to keep supporting this restaurant, but something needs to be done. Please take a hard look at what’s changed and bring back the excellence that made this place great. I’d hate to see it fade away due to slipping standards.

This restaurant is very very overwhelmingly over rated. The food service is terrible and the wait times are even worse . The back of the restaurant smells like rat piss and poop . They add a gratuity tip automatically and by the time you leave it will have you wondering why they got tipped if the service did not deserve it. Good luck 👍

Do not come here. It was a great place for pho, but for the last few years they have changed management too many times it has gotten worse, and my family and I loved coming here until recently. The place has become so empty because no one wants to stick around anymore or eat there. Not trying to be rude, but you can’t even voice your concerns anymore unless you speak their language. Do not come here. You have been forewarned.

This place use to be so delicious.. I was in the area and thought about there amazing pho and stopped by to get two phos with chicken and steak, I ordered in store to go. Once received I went too my vehicle and checked the contents. Realized there was no bean sprouts,no cilantro, 3 limes , 3 half way filled hoisin sauce and one half way filled spicy sauce for a total of 2 large phos. I went back in to request more hoisin and bean sprouts , cilantro and jalapeños that were not even included. They only gave me 3 more hoisin sauces and said they have no bean sprouts, cilantro or jalepenos.. I left and thought wtf... upon getting home the chicken and steak provided for 2 large phos was incredibly small portioned... this was an epic fail and I will never be returning, nor do I recommend this place. Broth wasn't the same. Everything from my previous experiences were missing. Wasted $40 dollars... just tossed it after trying it. My dog enjoyed the small portion of chicken and steak that was given. Will never return. No receipt was provided so I can't even reference and order number or who was working that evening.

Best pho I've ever had. I'm a light and picky eater, I hardly ever finish a meal. But every single time I come, I finish all my pho. It's absolutely delicious

It is not what it used to be 2 years ago. The food was filling, the service was nicer, and if there were any people, they were content. Now it seems that the place went through multiple workers that are worse than the last.

Service is very slow. A bowl of Pho should not take 30 mins to make.
The people who were in the restaurant looked like they made the worst decision to go to this place for dinner.

Don't make the same mistake. I would rather go to Yucaipa for better Pho, better price and service. The workers don't seem to care and I am worried that this restaurant will go under is nothing changes for the better.

Had the Vermicelli with pork shrimp & egg roll
Ate spring rolls first ? yes they were nummy waited & waited & waited for burnt egg rolls then recieved my broken Vermicelli with pork then when I was almost finished with my meal stood up & said "um my shrimp & egg roll ☹️ " Was told "Oh yeah that's right " ....
Lol... then after I finally got my shrimp 6 pieces ... was asked if I needed anything else with an attitude ? bad service bad food beautiful atmosphere , pricey & they add 15% tip no matter what ? yeah not worth it ...

Service is kind of slow. They shorted us egg rolls on our vermicelli order. They chop of the vermicelli noodles to rice size pieces for some reason?? Food tastes ok, not great.

Came in at 1045am on a tuesday. Asked the only guy I saw if I could order and he said I could place a to go order after he got done mopping the floor. Looked like he had just started. I got the feeling he was more worried about mopping than selling food. Oh well, guess I'll go somewhere else.

Worst costumer service I ever experienced. The Indian man working in the front Salem completely messed up our pick up order. He gave us only broth and noodles. No meat, no toppings. When I called to tell him about this and to see what solutions they can do he started laughing about it. In which I got upset and told him “idk what you’re laughing at”. He refused to pass the phone to manger and claims manager is in “Virginia”. I don’t see this location being in business very long. Other workers before Salem have said the owners are cheap and refused to pay more than one worker.
