The humongous Reese's peanut butter cups cookies were a must try in a dessert duo, and did not disappoint ? All that goodness turned into his and hers 2fers, hubs and I each filled up on half our calzones and half our cookies on a Friday night, having the same left to enjoy for Saturday ?
My indulgence is currently on pause, but I admired the beers on tap, and photo'ed the patio lights while I waited for my takeout ? There were no frescas to try that night, but other than that things were going well, until people started to line up for their app pickup orders. My order was just completed so I paused to check my boxes on a table near the door. Unfortunately I found they had given me the red sauce instead of alfredo sauce. I went back to the counter and they took the red sauce back and said they would get me the other sauce right away, but I had to ask for it a few times while they rushed to fulfill the app orders.
It was frustrating but probably expectable around dinner time. I will probably go back while I am in the area again or in the area of another Pieology, to try the frescas as well as the Craft Your Own 11” Stuffed Crust ?

Very rude costumer service I always come here and get my jalapeños on the side since I share with my kids and their very picky and on Friday the old lady yelled at me saying they don’t do sides and I said I’ll pay extra I’m not asking for it for free she denied said no made my kids cry cause she yelled at me and locked me out of outside patio. She claims she’s the manager and if they allow this type of managing and treat their customers like this it’s unbelievable and can’t give me information on the owners number so I can contact him/her with experience very horrible and poorly managing I never dealt anything like this before

Cool name but they don't have what it takes to live up to it. In short: Burnt on the outside & cold inside (Calzone). Took 2x longer than stated to deliver. Bland flavor once I picked the uncooked meat out. Obviously cheap food. I think the staff is more motivated by quitting time than high-quality service. Too many similar posts here - I should have read them. Notice the pattern & call elsewhere is my suggestion.
Seeing a pattern on here. Employee issues. Food quality. Dittos for me. First timer/last timer. Order was late..like double-late. Nobody in the store. OK, online business, got it. So they burned a calzone while I was the only one there waiting! See pics. And undercooked the inside. Pepperoni wasn't even hot. How did they do that? Then I asked for an extra marinara and they wanted to charge me! "It's our policy..." Well, my "policy" is to find better food and friendlier service. You lost a new neighbor who probably would have used you a lot. This place seems like the Sysco truck dumped last week's rejects on them and the highest motivation for the employees is quittin' time. My .02 cents is call around. Cool name....Poor execution.

This location is very unprofessional I’ve been. Trying to contact the number they have online for the longest regarding a order I called four time no one picked up and the final time I called some one picks up and ask for a access code and hangs up in my face. My pizza was under cooked and I reordered because I love pieology but this location is the absolute worst!
