So i placed an online order said it would be ready in 20mins. We gave it 40mins and our online still wasnt even started. It now past an hour sitting in the lounge.... very disappointing! Whats the pointOf ordering online if its going to take that long nd just to have to sit and wait in the lobby?

Huge fight between employees started during our meal. Totally ruining our experience here.The guy *Anthony* " in charge" was yelling and degrading the 2 girls he was working with, insisting there were pizzas in the oven talking to someone else in charge.He yelled at them WITH customers in the store.He claimed to be the assistant manager but a good leader leads by example... not by degrading and condescending other employees. Then, claimed to have pizza in the oven - when clearly there was NO pizza in the oven.When I spoke up for the girls, he proceeded to yell at me.The girls did a great job building our pizza, and since it was our 1st time in pieology, it will have a lasting impact. This location should really vet their "management" choices.Pieology seems to be good pizza but the atmosphere of this place I will never be back. We threw out half our pizza because it was SUCH an upsetting ? experience.

Worst service! I was yelled at in front of my kids. For being "extra". My son has allergies, I wasn't being extra.. i was being careful, so my child won't die!! I wrote to corporate and they said they talked to him. No apology. No confirmation that it won't happen again. It's really uncomfortable and embarrassing! I have the video of him throwing his fit.

been craving pizza for a minute decided to go to pieology. Went in around 8pm Saturday there was only one worker working all stations. Ridiculous.waited 40 minutes. The line started getting longer and then we were told the wait would be 20 minutes. Ended up leaving and then we also seen other people leave . This is outrageous.

One of the best pieology's I've been to! Anthony was so great in greeting us and informative with choosing the toppings. Im vegan and they have vegan cheese here too but I got no cheese just the red sauce. The new Nutella dessert pizza was amazing also! ?

Pizza tasted fine. Took 30min to order (longer to get the food) and there were only 2 couples in front of us in line. In three different places in line, marketing shows their promotional offer for a free drink/side with each custom pizza. Upon paying, they said that their rewards scanning isn't working. They wouldn't allow an exception to give the drink/side though I downloaded the app and asked for it. Long story short - slow and shoddy service. Pizza is hard to ruin and tasted good, though I spent my dinner writing this Yelp! review. I would've offered a free soda since they apologized like 5 times for the slowness in taking the order and know that their heavily marketed promotion is unavailable. And, only one or two soda fountain options are available.

Honestly, this store leaves a visit to NOT be desired. Before I could pay for extra cheese...you know an extra topping and now they won't let you pay and they won't give you the topping. I don't understand if in willing to pay for my extra topping what the problem is. Often they don't have all the ingredients...who orders for them. They run out of ingredients too often. Today I came in and the only 2 employees were new. What supervisor leaves 2new employees by themselves...I hate coming to this particular store. I'd rather drive all the way to Menifee most of the time...the service is better, they've always had ingredients and I can get my extra topping of cheese. I don't put meat on my pizza, just give me more cheese. From a unsatisfied customer who tries not to come here when I don't have to. Anywhere else or even a longer drive.

It took the guys maybe 5 minutes to come out from the back and when he did he had to go back there like three more times. Then he took my order. Felt lazy but whatever, after he took my order which was simple cheese Pizza and I started filming he seemed to get better lol. Over all clean place. You can build your own pizza or pick what they have. Price is kind of high for just a pizza but it is a nice size. A Salad would have been an additional 5, that's ridiculous. Overall pizza was good, cheesy and tasted fresh. Not to many people. I was there around 1pm.
