Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen never disappoints when it comes to crispy, flavorful fried chicken. The crunch on the outside and juiciness on the inside is exactly what keeps people coming back. Their spicy chicken sandwich lives up to the hype, and the sides—like the red beans and rice, Cajun fries, and buttery biscuits—are comfort food at its best.
The service is usually quick, and even when it’s busy, the food is worth the wait. The bold Cajun flavors make it stand out from other fast-food spots, giving it that little extra kick.
If you’re craving fried chicken with soul and spice, Popeyes is always a winning choice.

I am from Yuma, Az and we no longer have a Popeye's and the fact that me and my dad were able to stop here and get some food before we returned home was amazing. The food, restaurant, and staff were all amazing as well, I will definitely come back to this location when I come back to California 💜.

I went to this Popeyes recently and was shocked at how rude the staff was, especially the lady at the counter. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t even know what she was doing. No greeting, no basic courtesy, and she acted like helping customers was a burden. This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Very disappointing experience

I would like to thank the team here. I have been coming for years and never had any issues. Today there was a slight issue with an order placed on app, app was not able to assist in any manner but the team at the store made it right. Thanks to the ladies for handling a busy store and my app order , all done with a smile.

This was my first time having Popeyes and I was blown away, not only by the delectable food and generous portions, but also by the fantastic service, the cleanliness of the establishment and the kind generosity of the people working there who gave me two biscuits when I only ordered one. Upon arrival we were greeted by a fabulous gentleman, dressed in a suit, which was incredible, and just overall had an experience that certainly made my day.

The lady at the drive thru window was very polite and made sure my order was complete and that all the dipping sauces were correct.

Long wait time had me park in the back for 25 min food was cold as well very disappointed with there service
Absolutely unacceptable. I waited over 30 minutes just for someone to take my payment after ordering at the kiosk. Their system is set up so the order doesn’t begin until payment is processed, which only makes the delay worse. And no one inside cares enough to help. I called out multiple times and got completely ignored. You basically have to yell just to get noticed. Then I waited another 45 minutes for the food, and when it finally came, it was mid at best.
Meanwhile, 8–10 other people were stuck in the same situation—either mobile or kiosk orders completely ignored while staff only focused on the drive-thru. I don’t care how busy it was, it should never take over an hour to serve fried food.
Then, after all that, we asked for extra sauce and the employee had the nerve to try to charge us. Seriously? After making us wait over an hour, the least they could’ve done was throw in a couple for free. That’s just common decency.
I have 4 years of fast food experience. I’ve worked dinner rushes, short-staffed days, and handled pressure—there is no excuse for what we experienced here. This isn’t about being busy. It’s a clear competence issue.
