My granddaughter talked me into going. I was a bit hesitant because of the lack of customers on a Friday at dinner time and I should have listened to my gut. The burgers are mediocre at best and very small for the price. The attendant missed the slushy we ordered. Won’t be going back.

Honestly if you're looking for a quick snack this is the place, especially if you're looking for a sweet treat. I haven't tried any other new Smash Burgers yet so I don't have an opinion on that at the moment, but I do like some of their hot dogs. The chicken tenders are okay, my kids really like them. Their shakes are delicious, I just don't know if it's real ice cream though?

Would like Corporate to reach out due to the insane amount of wait time for order on a slow amount of business time. Did not recieve any help from workers at the beaumont store for more then 20 min to request my money back as I wanted to cancel order. It's redicoulous on the wait time when placing an order ahead of time.

I’m so disappointed I spent 29.07 on two burger meals and my food was cold. I ordered one large and one medium, I received medium for both when I told the server he agreed to give me the large strawberry lemonade but all he did was fill the large cup with ice and pour what was about half a cup of the lemonade in it . I rarely eat out but thought I would try the new burger and at almost 15.00 per meal I’m very disappointed and won’t be going back anytime soon. Cold food and a cup of ice isn’t my idea of a 15.00 dollar meal! ?

Love the new pickle fries! If you are stopping for a drink and pickle fries make sure to ask for Daren and tell him to get you the “good” ranch dressing dip! So friendly and helpful!
Reason for three stars? Credit card terminals on the drive-in spots almost never work. That seems to be a recurring theme with all their locations based on my experience. It is extraordinarily frustrating.
The food is pretty good, just a bit pricy. If they fixed the card reader issues, I'd bump my review to 4 or 5 stars.
My carhop, Gavin, was very professional and provided me good service as expected.

July 18th, 2024 Whoever worked there last night did a wonderful job! We placed our order. Our two hot fudge Sundays and a strawberry ? cheesecake shake, was done in no time. However the shake needed more bites in it. I personally don't care for the dining area it's not comfortable at all! If you are older or have a bad back bring your own cushion!

Bad experience waited 30 minutes for two drinks one water and small slush. Ordered online went to a stall it said stephanie was coming with my order after waiting 15 minutes I decided to join the drive thru lane to see if there was a mix up. waited another 15 minutes. Was attended by The stephanie and she was confused even after i explained. i told her my order and she told my me total when i told her i paid online already. after waiting 30 minutes for two drinks i was frustrated. she closed the window then proceeds to say “she said she was in stall one but i think she got confused” why would i lie. then i heard another worker say “here are the drinks right here” they were sitting there for 30 minutes then she hands them to me. I ordered a large ice water and slush they were both melted at that point and they didn’t even offer to remake them. They need to fire whole staff and rehire.

I gone to this place in 1 year 5 times and in the beginning took forever for 2 drinks or even a single burger. In talking about 30-45 mins. The African teenagers would come to the front and lie about working on it and towards the end they told me we haven't worked on it. Telling me that while they're eating a piece of a burger or hit dog. Recently I have been getting my food faster. I'm assuming those workers are gone and fixed the problem. There's hardly anyone eating inside ever and sometimes people order through the drive thru.
