Food was cold and had been sitting there you could tell for quite a while we had to wait 30 minutes to get our meal it was just horrible I guess I'll wait another 5 years and try sonics again the last time I waited 5 years and then tried them it was even a bigger disappointment

This place really needs more help. Fast food isn't fast when you only have two people working and it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get our food when it's only my girlfriend and I waiting in the dining area

hello, my name is Aneesaa i’m a regular at sonic I love the slushy and breakfast i’m just getting the time to write this review I would just like to say all the Sonic workers are very hard-working I appreciate them all I do want to take notice to a lady named mariana She is very sweet and fast paced I do want to note I overheard a lady in drive giving her a hard time over onion rings I did over here A bit I just feel like it wasn’t right The worker let the lady know they were going to be made fresh. The lady didn’t want that she didn’t want to wait. I just feel bad that the workers had to deal with this because it was very busy that day And the worker was trying to be accommodated to them she continued to be nice But the lady ( customer) was giving her a hard time I would like the number or email of the owner so I can give this young lady a proper review I just want to take the time to think all the fast food workers That deal with customers like that Thank you for continuing working very hard!! i know it’s frustrating but thank you all for your patience! we don’t take you for granted

We went inside to have lunch with clients, waited 18 minutes for a small French frie. And four of our clients ordered food, and was he couldn’t use the restroom because it was customers only? Ma’am four of us ordered food? And waited a long period of time? Horrible customer service, rude and slow. Has guest standing waiting to order over 10 minutes

Food is disgusting I tried their chicken tenders and they tasted burnt and refried I can't even describe the nasty taste of them we also got a All-American hot dog it was also disgusting only thing that was good was the drinks and the tater tots

Took 1/2 hour to get some tater tots and a drink and they are not crowded at ALL. The tots were old and cold. Besides that, the bathroom was dirty. Should have went to in&out!

Hello, my name is Jill Robinson I am not from around here but my family and I wanted to try a sonic and the food was absolutely amazing. It was fresh. The drinks were very delicious. Worth every penny also great customer service From workers there, they have great patience. I was having trouble deciding what to get, but a manage your name I believe her name was Marianna was so generous enough to help me and walk me through the menu and she was giving me great options. Her attitude was absolutely amazing. She felt very welcoming and welcomed us with a big smile will definitely be coming back Definitely had amazing experience thank you sonic And thank you workers!!
