Kamila or Kamela has no christmas spirit. Really rude when we came in and kept telling other customers she was going to lock the door. I don’t think that’s relevant when you aren’t even closed yet…. Please hire some friendly employees. This isn’t the first time my mother and I have come in and had bad customer service. And as much as these drinks are I sure hope I get the best experience and my drink tastes good every time. Thank you. Merry Christmas.

Tiffany and the entire team right now are killing it!! They all need a raise ASAP! They are the absolute heart of this community, and I cannot be more grateful that they are at this location! Definitely a vibe I would come back just because they are there!!

Updated 7/28/25. This Starbucks has hired some new staff who are very efficient. They are processing Mobile orders quickly and making drinks like my Iced brown sugar shaken espresso correctly. Thank you for replacing the staff that was ignoring Mobile orders. A downside to this location is that it's nearby several schools, so it can be really busy on weekday afternoons.
I went to purchase a cup of coffee at the Beaumont store and picked up a NEW plastic cup. I asked the me of the employees if she could rinse out my cup, and she said NO. I told her the cup has germs from other people touching it including myself and if she could rinse it out for me. She again said no because her policy had changed and they were not allowed to. I again explained to the employee that I was not going to have her put coffee in my new cup, and not wash it out first. After going back and forth for a couple of minutes she asked her co-worker if she could rinse out my cup and the other employee said YES. Wow what bad service this was. If this is a policy Starbucks needs to change it ASAP. This is unhealthy and nasty no matter how you look at it.

The staff is rude!! When I was paying the girl that was helping me left me talking by myself to go put and take out the food in the oven. She didn't apologize for that either. I come here a few times a week and they're never friendly. They're dismissive! The few times I've asked for water they've asked me if I bought anything. The girl stated that's the only way they can give people water. There was a time I asked what the code was for the restroom. And the manager asked if I was going to buy anything when she clearly seen l was in line to purchase something. It's the worst! I'll never come back again.
