I always go here but recently the ladies in the drive thru are so rude . I’m going to the other Starbucks in town now. 🙄

This used to be my favorite Starbucks but not anymore. I understand you have to work fast and efficient. I ordered an iced grande matcha but I got half of the drink with foam and not enough matcha. I guess every Starbucks makes them differently. There is another Starbucks I go to the the color is what matcha is supposed to be. I also ordered a few other drinks that were disappointing. They do remake but I hate to bother and be wasteful when the drink can just be made right the first time.

Horrible service. I went to this location this morning and tried to order a coffee. I stood at the counter for 9 minutes and watched 5 staffers fill drink orders (for the drive through). No one said “hi” or “be with you in a minute”. I was completely ignored. I cleared my throat several times—but no one acknowledged my existence. I even pinched myself to see if I was dreaming (no I was awake). I’ve never seen such rude staff in my life. I finally walked out. I will never set foot there again.

Received terrible service from Dana. She gave me the wrong order and would not remake it. Was extremely snotty, as well. Also VERY slow.
Wonderful Starbucks. Was kind of loud inside the store even though they're weren't busy. Steve pleased with my visit though. Thank you.

Coffee was acceptable, egg sausage and cheese wrap was almost tasteless until the very end where I found the little bits of sausage (if there was 1/4 of a patty I'd be surprised). The wrap is not worth it-order something else.
