No outlets anywhere in store and no baby changing table. Feels like it was built for Covid not for actual customers. Hope they improve it, doubt they will if still like this.

Staff were fantastic, feel bad they have to work at this facility.

Recommend keep driving and find the next Starbucks instead of this one.

I placed a pick up order and can admit I accidentally ordered the wrong size but when I asked for them to make it a venti they have me such a hard time and had such an attitude. There was a tall Mexican man who is lighter skin toned and he was the one that I was originally speaking to so I was confused when these two Mexican girls come to the window telling me things like “Well you didn’t specify what size so we put it in a tall” and when I responded with “Oh really? I thought I had said venti” another girl pops her head in and says “ummm no you didn’t” I’m a very snarky tone. The attitude was just unnecessary.

I am a barista at Starbucks, so I know the standards. This store had bad customer service. They made both my drinks wrong, cut me off while I was ordering, and tried to just shoo us away after our second drink was made wrong as well. The 1st was a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade with no inclusions, and it said so on the sticker. It was made with inclusions, but we had somewhere to be so we just left it. Then we got our second drink, a vanilla bean with no whip, and it had whip cream on it. Before we could say anything, the barista at window just told us goodbye. I don’t want to come back to this store again.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Beaumont. It’s always clean, and it doesn’t feel as cramped because of its larger space. I often come here to study and the staff is very friendly and attentive. There’s not a lot of seating.

This girl has the nastiest attitude, when I approached the drive thru I was acknowledged with a ,”go ahead and order when your ready”. Then when I get to the window she cant even greet and has a nasty attitude again. When she handed me my food she still has the audacity to ask me why I have an attitude and snatch the items from her. I apologized and told her I didnt snatch them, I was matching her same energy. I asked her what her name was and she refused to show me her name badge and covered it and started laughing. This is horrible and dont deserve this service. I will never come to this Starbucks again, this girl needs training on customer service!!!! I will be contacting Corporate!!!

Ordered a strawberry açai Vente with water, they first gave me one with lemonade. They had such attitude the workers there today asked for one with water and they remade it a small taste just like water with a slight taste of strawberry we pay so much money for our purchase and first they can’t get it right and then when they don’t get it right, they have to have some kind of attitude problem about it. It’s not my fault.

Been going to Starbucks...(25 years ago back during a visit in New York), Iced White Chocolate Mocha with Caramel is my main favorite drink, but I just had the Pumpkin iced latte....and oooh my my, im in love! Now im waiting to combine it with the cranberry bliss bars....and Starbucks will have to deal with me on the daily!

I spend money 💰 her everyday all though the week. All I ask for is some respect for their loyal customers. Today I asked for extra strawberries 🍓 in my pink drink but that's not all is been continuous for their lack of respect for customers. I believe we pay alot for these drinks and enjoy them 😉 but also I am not talking about the excellent workers that go above and beyond. Just would respect having respect the same everytime I go . Thank you 😊 🙏
