Said they were closed 30 minutes before they were supposed to close it was empty. Rude as hell looked high on something. Go to jersey mikes instead!!! Food is fresher and worth the money.

I came in at 815 pm they close at 9 and had everything still open. And said they were closed. They had a sign outside and I checked online and it says 9 but they didn't serve me saying they were closed. I didn't want to argue or anything so I just left but they were rude so I decided to leave a review.

Love subway and 95% of the employees are wonderful! Decided to go to walmart and shop but stopped at the subway first, to grab a quick lunch. Two young men working behind the counter. The shorter man with glasses was VERY rude! We ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado wrap with sweet onion teriyaki sauce. Got our wrap with no avocado or sauce. Went back to the counter and told the guy with glasses and he became upset and said he put both in the wrap. He then asked to see the receipt and snatched it out of our hand. He then made another wrap, so we sat down to eat and what do you know, no cheese and no sauce, I asked the guy for both and he said he put them in the wrap, which he didn't! I had the wrap in my hand so he could see it didn't have either and he said "I know my job", well he may know his job but he's not doing his job! If this young man is working at subway, I won't go into that subway! He was wearing WAY too many gold chains and was very unprofessional!!! Also, got a regular coke which tasted like cherry coke!

Extremely rude. Just went in to get two sandwichs and she gave us alot of attitude for just wanting her to do her job. Came in around 4:58 pm on Tuesday January 30th 2023 and whoever was the one on duty needs to be talked to about her attitude and unwillingness to do her

Both of the workers seemed high as hell they didn’t even make my sandwich right and I had to go back and tell them to make it right. They didn’t have any lids or straws for the cups but still charge full price and their pretzels had dust on them

To any concerning manager/owner caring about a professional business. On 9/1/21 at 4pm I approached the "order here" line behind a woman and her 2 children which were already patiently waiting to be helped. It seemed like they were waiting for a while. So as roughly 5 minutes pass by I go to the side where the cash register is to get someone's attention. The employee 7741 with the neck tattoo was out back washing dishes careless about the front. I spoke up by saying excuse me so maybe she could hear me as she washed pans. I was unlucky because she disappeared out back. At this point I went threw the employee door to get her attention and kindly asked if we could get some help. She said "when I get up front I will" in a very disrespectful way. She acknowledged there was people waiting but seemed careless and continued to do what she was doing. Luckily the driver who showed up with cups was present and had barely showed up when I went threw the door. He witnessed the rude tone of voice and professionalism from the employee. In essence, I witnessed two potential customers leaving because there was no employee. I definitely will not be back. You might want to evaluate this employee for she might be causing more of a loss to the business.
