Do not go here!! Worst Customer Service and the Manager on Duty is disrespectful and rude! Hangs up on customers when they get your order wrong!!

Manager is beyond rude. Ordered on the app and completely messed up 2 of my sandwhiches. Hung up when I called and explained that we couldn’t drive back because we have our sick children at home. 100% worst subway I’ve been to and would not recommend.

The food quality is always good. The employees are quick to attend the guests; however, sometimes they seem like they are under stress, which is understandable when understaffed on the weekend before Christmas. The dining area could use some improvement. The paint on the walls needs refinishing, the tile on the walls need some cleaning and the baseboards could use some dusting.

First time here, haven’t had subway in years.

My sandwich bread is so stale, it’s dry and crunchy. Kind of ruins a 13 dollar sandwich.

Other than that, the restaurant was okay, not overly amazing customer service, not the worst either.

Probably won’t come back to this specific location though.

Terrible experience. I ordered my food on the app because I had a lot of things to do and company coming over. I sent my son to get it and they were 30 minutes late making it. By the time he got home, 1 of my guests had to leave without their food. It got worse when we discovered that every single sandwich was not only made incorrectly but completely wrong. The sandwiches were not even salvageable. My kids would not eat, which means all of my time and money was wasted. I got in my car, leaving my friends and family behind and went to the subway so they could correct their mistake. They asked me to go back home and bring the sandwiches. I had to make three trips there and they treated me as if I was an inconvenience. As they were making it and treating me like I was the problem, I slightly leaned on the glass and it fell. They accused me of slamming it as I was helping them fix it. They didn't have it in place correctly. I even bought food for the couple in line behind me because of the inconvenience and drama created at the subway. After all was said and done, they never apologized, I wasted three trips, 1.5 hours and $70 on substandard food that I was too upset to even eat. This food is way too expensive to go through all of this. I will never go there again. I understand the need to have patience with workers. I get it. But this was very upsetting.

03/09/24 came to subway at 8:55pm and google maps say they close at 10pm, so when me and my family parked our cars there was a employee who gestured to not come in, so I asked him why we can't come in he said that "he closes early and told us to leave. Horrible subway restaurant, no wonder they have 3 stars, don't come and spend your hard earned cash here, if they even let you
