Worst manager ! The one with the green highlights . Then there is a guy on night shift who is so rude to customers there. Then I hear from my young kiddos that they have bad management. Talk badly about co workers fire people for anything and pay under the table. Bullies, nasty, rude

As long as you get the tall bearded guy with glasses working the window, you’ll get above and beyond service! So refreshing to have a nice a warm person working the window. 10/10 for his hard work and for actually keeping the customer in mind. Thank you!

I have not had good luck with any Taco Bell as far as food quantity even though I love it,I took a chance and first time chalupa chicken w/extra chicken.Bravo your store change my mind the food had extra meat and delicious beyond my expectations,I would give you a 10 thank you

Night shift, they are rude and giving the worst customer service and attitude ever, all that because I was waiting to pick up online order and I was waiting for 20 minutes and asked them why they are giving priority for drive through and keep us waiting in the dining area for long time? The girl was yelling and giving bad attitude and the manager said because they have timer for the drive through so they are technically lying to the system to show that they are working fast and they don’t care about orders made online or inside the store.
Finally when she brought my order she threw it on the counter and started being rude, next time I’m going to block the drive through and I’m not leaving without my order until they give it to me or cancel it or call the police for me to move 👍🏼👍🏼 Qasem Saeed, doordash driver

We were told the only way to place an order was on the kiosk. Then the employee just turned around and walked away.
Maybe just that location as we have used kiosks in other places, but help was offered.
We do enjoy eating at Taco Bell, just not this one.

They always do their very best to make it enjoyable, and even when the food is messed up, they do their best to fix it and are always helpful. They have some great drive thru service people, always chipper and helpful, they often times suggest food when I'm unsure what to get, which is very helpful. Definitely a recommend when you're in a hurry and really want some food, personally is a chicken grilled cheese burrito or a dorito cheesy gordita crunch, fantastic everytime.

Their advertising for 99 cent drinks during the Happy Hour is a lie!!!!! I was charged $1.99 for a tiny sized medium cup!! Stop ripping off your customers!!!!
