Mf hair in my food. Customer service is terrible. Wait time is insane. Didn’t even give me my cheese(that i paid for) Very disappointed got off work been wanting wingstop never again going in person. If your order on doordash its way better you can actually choose 2 flavors is aggravating that you can only order one flavor i think its because they are lazy… And Cajun fries were basically plain, had to go home and season them myself Edit: Also forgot to add she was on the phone while taking my order… Also how is the food cook to order and it was still cold

They always forget part of my order and when I ordered almost 2 weeks ago, I called them and asked for a refund of what was missing because I didn’t want to drive all the way back and they said I should get it basically within a week and still never got my refund. I always ask for extra lemon pepper seasoning on my french fries and they never season them. And the only reason why I put for extra is because they always barely put seasoning on it or none at all. I would rather drive to the one in Yucaipa, which would be almost 30 minutes than to come back to this one
