First time coming here and would be the time last for sure. Unprofessional crew and they need customer service training. People that work here seems to dislike their job, and doesn't know what customer service is. Other Wingstop is way better than this one and definitely professional.

Food was cold. I walked in and asked for my online order. It was just sitting there not bagged and everybody was standing around talking. He finally bags it after I ask for it and when I get home the food I scold and there’s grease all over the entire bottom of my bag it all over my seats and my table. On top of that all of my orders had no drumsticks at all. I never asked for that they decided for me. Plus the wings are really dry with no seasoning. It’s sad people really don’t give a crap about their job anymore. Embarrassing how bad they messed this up. Anybody know a good wing spot? I’m giving up on Wingstop once and for all

I just wanted to shout this store out. My husband and I went in around 530 for a pick up order and they forgot 5 wings for my order. I called and explained and they where sooooo nice and apologies . So professional and kind. Thank you guys.

My order was not correct which is upsetting. I ordered Hot lemon pepper and just got hot. I would’ve chose lemon pepper over just plain hot.

Went in for my online order and the girl with orange/red girl with AirPod in her ear tells me they’re working on it and I wait 20 minutes for it to finish only to have to stand up and ask again if it’s ready. For the manager to not even know where the order is and then the girl who originally told me it was being worked on comes back out to grab it from the pickup shelf at the front. It was sitting there because she decided it was smart to not call my name out when it was ready knowing I was literally sitting there waiting for my order. Ridiculous. No apology or nothing.
