The person waiting on us cannot speak English well enough to understand what I was asking him. The donuts were not cooked thoroughly. Most of them were raw dough. The chicken sandwich I had was great. I asked for a cup of ice and they charged me $2, after I just spent $30+, which $20 was for raw doughnuts.I told them I didn't want it the ice for that price. They did refund me my two dollars. I would never buy donuts there again.

It is unfortunate they don’t have restrooms for customers. For dine in, you can’t even wash your hands. ?? Service is bad, food is acceptable. Rude people, not willing to answer simple questions. Won’t be back at this location.

They will sell u old stale doughnuts from yesyerday. And charge u extra so they can pay their corporation Theirs a donut shop a block down the road thats cheaper and better quality.

The Apple fritter was delicious, and large enough to enjoy...great coffee all for about what you would spend for a cup of coffee at the hoi paloi coffee shops .
The QUALITY IS in THE NAME! Yum Yum never disappoints, especially this convenient 24/7 location! The donuts and midnight snacks I've gotten here always please. I just tried their multigrain breakfast bagel with egg and bacon and it's amazing! So happy they have options that are non-white bread. The service is quick and the staff is friendly, mellow, and polite. The location is pretty quiet and is in a central location. Note, there's not a lot of seating and parking space. Also, there's no drive-thru.
