“Love that this is in Bell gardens! I no longer have to travel for good pho! I tried the spicy beef pho -so good, however I think next time I’ll get the regular beef pho, so I can control the flavors a bit more. I also got the milk tea. The flavor was great and not too sweet which Is great given that some places over due it with the sweetener. Women who helped was friendly with a lovely smile. I used the drive thru this time next time I’ll give sitting in a go.”

“Stopped by on our way to the mall and this place didn’t disappoint. The Thai Mexican fusion is a little different but even though we didn’t try it the Thai dishes we ordered were excellent.
Service was good but the owner made up for it by being very attentive.

“This place offers four types of 🍖 ( asada, cabeza, cachete and labio)for you and that's it, fresh 🌽 tortilla(small), oh and soft and 💦 frescas 🥤. Well let me tell you the street 🌮s are legit. You can even divide the 🍖 between the 2️⃣ tortillas they give you for each 🌮. Yummy, you must try!”

“They have really good pupusas. Hand made. I got the revueltas. They do take Apple Pay here. It is a smaller restaurant but they have plenty of tables. Since everything is hand made, it does take a while to get your food. I always just like to call ahead and pick it up. It really is worth the wait.”

“Fosters Freeze’s, Large soft serve,Vanilla ice cream cones, dipped in chocolate syrup, are good and messy. They made me a triple cheeseburger back in the early 70’s way before Burger King or In-n- out ever had them.”

“El Pollito Bakery has everything good, clean and delicious, I only stopped by to ask for a job at the bakery, and along the way I bought a bean bread with egg, because it reminds me of the ones my mother made for me when I went to school, there in Guadalajara. “I've been coming here at least 4 times a week. This place is nearby John Anson Ford Park where I cycle to from the Rio Hondo bike trail and is my rest stop. I always order a egg sandwich on rye bread with everything on it and coffee ☕, which several customers say their coffee tastes great.. even my cycling teammate mentioned that to me .. they have breakfast, lunch and dinner here, lots of Mexican food and American food. Great service and selection of sides all you can have from variety of salsas, Chiles, lime, onion, cilantro ECT. Highly recommend this place to try out .”

“Love the carnitas tacos! Had the Chile Relleno burrito.. I would say the burrito was almost a 5. There was way too much rice and beans to chile relleno, I will say that it was delicious just would’ve liked maybe another chile relleno in there or maybe just make the one inside bigger. Besides that it was pretty good but for the price $12 it definitely needs more Chile Relleno. Beautiful tables to sit at with a nice view of the sun without it being in your eyes :)”

“We had planned on heading to the Pen Frying Pan Cafe for breakfast, but it was packed and we had a very busy schedule. We stopped at this cafe. The food is good, the same as any where you would go. Service was very slow as it was very crowded. Will probably come back here as we know what we could expect.”

“This spot is legit. Boys Burger #7 in Bell Gardens has some of the best burgers around—always fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about what they’re serving. Fries are crispy, portions are big, and the prices are fair. I’ve been here a few times now and it’s consistently good. It’s one of those places that just hits every time. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.”

“This taco shop is located conveniently close to my armory. From the very first time, the employees were very friendly and offered assistance without anyone asking. They knew exactly when we needed something. Very family oriented. It has become a regular spot for my soldiers and I. They always are happy to see us when we come in. Even when we do not have a chance to stop by they keep us in mind and let us know how glad they are that we returned unharmed from where ever we were sent. We have become regulars and will continue to be even when we are assigned to other units!”

“Best Bolillo!!! Their horns, butter and sugared are the best I’ve ever had. The dough they use is superior to any other Mexican bakery. Their products are light and airy. Comparable to the better French and Asian bakeries. The sugars they use as toppings are not coarse or crumbly like most others. This place is a gem! Once you try, you will keep going. I travel 15 miles for their goods! 5 stars for atmosphere as it’s a working bakery and that’s the atmosphere.”

“Easy to find on google map, go to black glass door office. There is camera ring bell they will open very quickly, very nice peoples there. They are quick. Docks are on back of the office”

“Plenty of seats. Extra like fifty cent charge for cards. Lady barely seem to speak english. Food taste a lil cheap. Got the mixed veg and fried rice. It was ok. Steam table food. The thing with these type of places is that the veggies taste clear/fake or something lol paid 15 with extra side of broccoli. Try it out if u will. Id go back last. Didnt taste like gmos or salty though.”

“I am a fan of the habit. They make great burgers overall. This time around was probably the best I have experienced. I ordered online, left on time but got caught behind a freight train that caused me to be 25 minutes late for my pickup. I kindly ask then manager if they could remake the 2 burgers and she happily ca agreed. Other than that, the burger was just out right delicious. Everyone enjoyed their warm food and I am grateful for the manager. Thank you again!”
