Was super excited to try this. Very disappointing. Ordered the big birria thinking it would come with the consome. It didn't. The birria by itself is nothing special and didn't have a lot of flavor. I would think if you're selling birria it would come with the consome and you wouldn't have to pay extra for it unless you actually wanted extra. Apparently here you have to pay extra for it. Ordered to go so I didn't notice until I got home that it didn't come with the consome.

Best birria and menudo I've had in LA hands down definitely recommend if you want delicious authentic "not greasy" menudo and birria is to die for too. Es la mejor birria que e probado en todo Los Angeles me recuerda a la birria y menudo auténtico de Guadalajara.

Whenever you go visit a new place to eat, it's scary because you don't know how the service is going to be or even the food. The customer service here is just outstanding! The 2 ladies that are there are super helpful and make you feel like a regular customer which is a feeling you all want to feel when going to a new place. The Birria smells so good that it leaves your mouth watering! The taste is even better! Remember when coming here, the food is Estilo Jalisco which makes the food so much better! I haven't tried the menudo or the other food they have but you can bet I'm going to be back to try them all! If the Birria was bomb af, I'm sure the rest of there food will be!
