Ordered 2 coffee lovers of the Love It size but looks like we got the like it size. The girl tried to fluff it up to fill up the cups. There was no need for lids nothing was going to overflow on these

We have hesitated going to Cold Stone because my son has a peanut allergy however this evening his dad and him went in and they mentioned his allergy. My son came home ecstatic, sharing his experience at the local Cold Stone where Jizel and Natalie made his experience memorable. He came home telling me how they explained to him how they do safely serve ice cream for those who have peanut allergies. He shared how he won't have to pass on his free coupons that his school gives out anymore and he can now go get ice cream as well. He is so cautious of what he eats specially when we try new places and I am so thankful that these two young ladies made his first time at Cold Stone such a delight and made him feel so comfortable. He said they were so nice to him and how he can't wait to go back. Thank you so much to those wonderful employees working this evening.

I went to buy and this person who helped me at the receipt said Pepe, very bad customer service, rude, and disrespectful, if you don't know how to give good customer service what are you doing there, the truth is I never felt as uncomfortable as that day, and that means we will never go to that place again. I would like to have a response from the manager in advance, thank you 🙏

I'm appalled by the attitude of one of the staff members. I got an OhFudge shake and my husband got an I love it sized ice cream. When I got into the store i noticed that the male staff member gave me a funny look. I was dressed Alternatively and I am used to looks. However, when I got up to the counter I asked very politely and excitedly for my shake and he immediately gave me a dirty look, rolled his eyes, huffed and turned away without saying a word to me. He then angrily asked what size I wanted and I immediately gave him the exact same attitude back. While making me the shake he was obviously irritated he dumped the shake over the cup and let it leak. When he handed it to me it was leaking everywhere and I accidentally touched his hand. He looked at his hand with disgust and then asked if I wanted something else. I asked to order my husband's ice cream which he proceeded to make . When he was finished making it he placed it in the fridge instead of handing it to me. He then cashed me out and went to the back room without handing me my husband's ice cream. The female staff member was lovely. She apologized and gave me the ice cream and a spoon. I was very happy with her and she apologized a lot even though it wasn't her fault. The ice cream was good.

Just left & to be quite honest the ice was horrible. I could not describe the ice with words. It was melting and the flavor was really bad. Service was okay they looked rushed. I didn't even see the gentlemen stir my toppings in for much time before he served it to me all melted. Do not recommend going here the ice cream flavor tasted very artificial.

NEED OF AN ATTITUDE CHANGE. I went today around 2:30 and there was a guy working who is obviously in need of taking some classes on how to give good customer service. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Very rude and not helpful at all and very impatient. Do better?

Hey bro . You really need to check how you talk to customers . It’s is obvious you do not want to work there. But when I was there I saw a couple of customers walking in and they way you spoke to them sounded like they were working for you…. You need to change that !!!!! Also. Why do you insist on wanting to know if a person is going to pay for the other or if it’s going to be separated ?. You can ask for that information when you get to the cashier not before, you haven’t even started to put the ice cream in a cup! And you’re asking like you need to know now. (This people got mad cause one wouldn’t treat the other ). You need to have some etiquette common sense. At the end we tell you whoever is paying for what . You bet I called your corporate . Because when I was leaving you did something similar to the new customer . You need to chill !

Ice cream quality is not the same here as other locations.

My Cookie dough "Ice cream" the way it was handed to me.Oh and with out the spoon, i had to request it and i should've requested a straw instead.

It was hotter inside than it was outside. The ice cream was melting on the slab and was dripping down my cup.

Went in to give my pup English bulldog a treat as it was her 1st birthday and was asked to leave I went there because is “pet friendly” false do not recommend 8-4-2021
