My order took an additional 45 minutes, and the food still wasn't ready, so I had to take it to go. Additionally, the basket of chips that was brought out was stale, and only one basket was provided for a party of six—even though we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time.
Overall, this was a significant inconvenience and not aligned with the service standards I expect. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed.

Delicias Centro botanero is one of those hidden gems under new menu and management that makes you feel right at home! The food is full of authentic flavor — from the tacos and mariscos to their botanas, everything tastes fresh and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is lively and fun, especially when there’s music. The staff are super friendly and attentive, always making sure you’re taken care of. Great spot to relax, eat, and enjoy with family or friends. Highly recommend!

Delicias in Bell Gardens truly lives up to its name—everything on the menu is delicious! Their chilaquiles are hands down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly crispy, flavorful, and topped just right. The rest of the menu doesn’t disappoint either. Great spot for authentic Mexican food with amazing flavor and friendly service. Definitely a go-to when I’m in the area

We went here for Mother’s Day, hoping for a special experience. They had a set menu, and while the food and service were both good, the atmosphere was overwhelming—the music was so loud it was hard to hear each other, let alone relax. Still, we tried to make the most of it.
What really left a bad taste in my mouth was the forced gratuity for just two people, and the surprise charge for drink refills—something they never mentioned. It felt sneaky and unfair, especially on a day meant to feel thoughtful and celebratory. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

The food is terrible and quite expensive, the service is quite bad. I would personally recommend that they change the seasoning of their dishes since my whole family ordered different dishes from the menu and I had the opportunity to try about 10 dishes from their menu and none of them convinced us. to return to this restaurant and something else if you order something from the waitresses they forget and you are left waiting forever for what you ordered. They might have potential but they need to improve their service and food. I would not recommend this restaurant.
