Best Bolillo!!! Their horns, butter and sugared are the best I’ve ever had. The dough they use is superior to any other Mexican bakery. Their products are light and airy. Comparable to the better French and Asian bakeries. The sugars they use as toppings are not coarse or crumbly like most others. This place is a gem! Once you try, you will keep going. I travel 15 miles for their goods! 5 stars for atmosphere as it’s a working bakery and that’s the atmosphere.

I recommend this bakery because the bolillo is good and the lady that was there today at 9 am was very friendly.

(Translated by Google) Attention in a bad mood the lady who was around 9am Wednesday not pleasant at all. I definitely didn't like the bread. I thought a pan of chips $2.25 was exaggerated. Now I understand why Portos Bakery has so many people. A large bun with cheese 99 cents. I will definitely never go back to that place. Too bad I prefer Lucero Bakery and Amapola. Lastima prefiero Lucero Bakery y Amapola. Decepción.

Located directly across the street from the Puffy Taco place, Pan Dulce was calling.... The pan dulce selection was limited to one case but surprisingly only about 3 hours before closing the case is full. We grabbed a few of our favorites we had a couple on the road and they just didn't seem fresh, wonder how long they actually have been sitting..... Empanadas - this was the Calabaza/Pumpkin and was dry, the Pina/Pineapple was just ok. The cookie with sprinkles was the best out of the bunch, Concha was dry and awful, my go to favorite Puerquito was another let down. The only positive about this place from my experience was that the lady was friendly.

Took a chance and walked in last minute to purchase a whole flan pan. Served at a party and my guest really enjoyed it. The reviews for my partygoers was it it rated better than most.

I thought it was very good. I bought some Pan Dulce / Mexican breads pastries. The lady was very nice and helpful. Not sure what all the complaints are about. The only thing is that I was looking for the pig shaped bread, porquitos, they had them but they were shaped like a fish. Is that normal? Not sure, but it wasn't how I remembered them from when I was a kid. Either way, it tasted great!

Bread is great, not a lot to choose from, but it's very great for the area. You can't find many panaderías close to La Mirada, but this place is ok. Customer service not the greatest at all, and nor are their other mexican raspados, don't recomend at all which is why I'm giving this place three stars.

They make good fruit juices, bionicos, milk shakes and raspados...bread isn't the best I've had but ok for these drinks.

(This entire conversation was held in Spanish - no room for confusion on her part) Wow... It's too bad they do not believe in customer service! A while ago I drove by this place hoping to buy a mosaic jello. When I arrived the employee stated that they didn't have any available and suggested to call 1 day in advance next time I needed one.. I totally understood that they didn't have any premade and bought other desserts instead. Today I called a day in advance to place an order of a mosaic jello. The lady that answered the phone didn't even let me finish my sentence when she was already interrupting me saying I needed to call with more time in advance. I asked her how much time in advance should I have called, she replied 1 day! I told her that I needed it for tomorrow at 4 pm (which is one day in advance.) For some weird reason her voice started to raise, as she explained that she didn't have time to do it. I, very calmly and confused by her reaction, stated that in fact I was calling one day in advance and asked what she considered "a day in advance." Instead of answering my question, she replied, ok I'll make you a single flavor, if you want!" Clearly, at this point I didn't want to order from this unstable woman. It's unfortunate this business has this person turning customers away! I have been turned away twice. I wonder how much business they have lost! I've been here a few times, at different times of the day on different days of the week and I'm sorry to say the pan dulce always taste old! Conchas should be soft! These crack when you bite into them! This is pure speculation on my behalf but I feel like they buy them elsewhere and bring them here! I not once have had a piece of bread from here that tasted fresh out of the oven! The lady working here is very nice, but I'm sorry it's just not enough for me to continue coming here! It's also a bit pricier than other bakeries I've been to! P. S. The bag of Takis I bought here were expired by six months! Two stars for the friendly employees!

They have sweet bread, cookies, candies, Arapahoe, cakes, natural drinks. So many different and delicious things to choose from. Stop by and try something, you won't regret it.

New favorite local bakery. They do great Mexican pastries as well as cakes to order. Plus they have fresh juice and tamales. Some good stuff is self serve and only $0.65 each or less! They also have chilled stuff like cheese cake and custards. I haven't tried it all yet but I will!
