Customer service was horrible my drinks tasted like water asked politely if maybe they can add more syrup or anything to make it taste better seemed like she got bothered and told me they had just came out so how do they taste bad ? Never coming here again not the first time I get bad service from here

I came here w my family to treat ourselves to iced coffee, refreshers and donuts. A single refresher is over 5 dollars BTW. I explained to my counter person that I cannot tolerate high amounts of sugar so she kindly said she could add black tea to my drink for less sweetness. It was still quite sweet and went to the counter to ask for more water or ice in the drink. Had to wait several minutes until the drive through lady appeared. I asked her for help, didn’t smile at me, gave me an annoyed look, said they do not add ice to drinks, when I asked if I could perhaps have some ice in a napkin, she rudely said to a paying CUSTOMER it would be .25cents. I walked away, having to deal with a drink that was still too sweet and the associated health issues that come w that. This is NOT good customer service. Do better folks!

The morning shift women have bad attitudes. When going through the drive through this morning she acted like it was so hard to ask what I want. She had no energy and was acting like I bothered her by just giving her my order because she sounded so lazy. When getting my order I received 1 bacon snack when I asked for three. Her messed up attitude messed up my order.

Walked in , & both employees looked at me. None of them greeted me. They expected me to place an online order. Which I know I can do. My tap wasn’t working. So I let Ximena know. And she offered to take my order. She was a really sweet girl. The other person , didn’t bother with anything & you can tell he was ready to close the shop. Which I understand. I use to work at a restaurant. I Iove coming to Dunkin. Although it doesn’t cost the employees to greet ppl. I hope they acknowledge their customers.

The coffee was way to strong there was very little milk or creamer. I ordered a shaken espresso and a tornado drink as well as a cup of water The water tasted absolutely horrible like old moldy or algae water. It was so bad I chose not to drink the coffee because I worried they used that water for the drinks. Wouldn't go backed based on the taste of the dirty water. Donuts were good.

Lady that worked in there was so rude didnt even a acknowledged customers nor me if we needed help with kiosk . We noticed some donuts weren't on the kiosk menu but tried asking if we could get specific ones we saw behind the counter that that weren't listed!! And no she ignores us as if we are a waste of time and as if she runs the place and wasting her time
This coupon is either a lie or the workers are.. I don't see where it says I have to purchase an item to receive the coffee for $1.

Ewwww!!!! This was the most disgusting thing I have had served in a helluva long time. Do NOT order that $6 breakfast, what you will get is a stale crossaint, with a slab of rubber egg and grease sponge in-between. Then the "hash browns" are burned, greasy, dirty pieces of floor sweepings passed off as potatos. That taste lingers in your mouth and you need a hairbrush-sized toothbrush and a paint gallon of toothpaste to get that vile taste out of your mouth. Absolutely criminal!!
