The 1st mistake I made was thinking I wanted to come here today. The 2nd mistake I made was not checking my bag before I drove off from the window. I ordered 3 donuts and when I got home, I opened the bag to find what should cause this place to shut down or fire people. The contents of my bag consisted of cold hash browns and A DOUNUT WITH ONE BITE IN IT!!! SERIOUSLY?!?!?!? Corporate will be heading from me WITHOUT A DOUBT!!! Dunkin’ Donuts count your days and in particular, THIS LOCATION!!!

I went through drive thru and was told I could not pick my donuts for the dozen that I had ordered “we don’t do that through drive through (with the worst attitude) if you want that get off your car and pick them” asked if a specific donut would be in the box if they pick she claimed it would and they purposely left it out. The worker didn’t let me pick sizes of our drinks, then messed up the order and tried giving us something else. When we told her she tried showing us the receipt that we didn’t order it and guess what was on the receipt the drink we did order. Terrible customer service.

Went through the drive thru and the worker had an attitude from the start and I’m usually the type to ignore it. I ordered 3 drinks and I did some modifications to my drinks, the worker seemed like she did not want to make my drinks because of the modifications. I asked for cookie crumbs on all my drinks and I get my drinks and there’s like 4 or 5 little pieces..I asked her politely if that’s how it usually comes and she said “I’ll have to charge you if you want more”. Like I barely even got any at all? I didn’t make it a big deal and just left. She also did not add the 2 pumps off butter pecan I had asked for and she gave me a regular latte instead of the cookie butter one :/ both girls working there seemed like they hated their job..

They were short staffed I'm not blaming baristas for attitude but they might need a better manager to create a better work environment so the crew remembers don't look or sound miserable and give you a hard time .

Drove up and was greeted with attitude right off the bat with the girl on the mic. Didn’t even bother to order. Asked for mixed drinks with matcha. Said matcha is matcha. Yeah? No way really didn’t know that! .. was asking what drinks if they had any. Just a simple question. They don’t need jobs if they can’t even speak to customers with respect. We left and are never coming back thank you. 7 leaves here we come :)

Customer service was horrible the 2 Hispanic ladies both lied on the phone when I asked if they had dodger doughnuts. When i went in to purchase coffee the doughnuts I wanted where on the shelves when I confronted them the both just laughed at me and looked stunning. Another Customer inside also had a complaint on them . I will never go back here ! You both need better service skills

Went here to try the matcha latte. But was really disappointed to see the cup fill with ice. I order the donut holes, and they were bland. Also the drive thru customer service wasn't the best. Will not be coming here again.

Customer service was horrible my drinks tasted like water asked politely if maybe they can add more syrup or anything to make it taste better seemed like she got bothered and told me they had just came out so how do they taste bad ? I came here w my family to treat ourselves to iced coffee, refreshers and donuts. A single refresher is over 5 dollars BTW. I explained to my counter person that I cannot tolerate high amounts of sugar so she kindly said she could add black tea to my drink for less sweetness. It was still quite sweet and went to the counter to ask for more water or ice in the drink. Had to wait several minutes until the drive through lady appeared. I asked her for help, didn’t smile at me, gave me an annoyed look, said they do not add ice to drinks, when I asked if I could perhaps have some ice in a napkin, she rudely said to a paying CUSTOMER it would be .25cents. I walked away, having to deal with a drink that was still too sweet and the associated health issues that come w that. This is NOT good customer service. Do better folks!
