IHOP in Cudahy has familiar faces but changing service. The restaurant is exceptionally clean and well organized. The host left menus on the table but had a good laugh about it. Manager Alicia and Estela provided amazing customer service, seating customers immediately with no wait. The server Evelia was great, bringing orders out nice and hot while offering good suggestions. Another server, Isela, was always attentive, bringing food in perfect time and ensuring plates arrived fast and warm. Despite occasional loud children, IHOP remains a great spot for traditional American food during breakfast or lunch. The French toast, Belgian waffles, and breakfast platter continue to be delicious. Kid-friendliness is a strength of this location, making it suitable for families.
