Really bad experience, they refuse to provide my family service because we have a SERVICE dog. My dog is calm and quite, The manager TONY asked to see her license which im not require to show by state law here in California. This is the first time this happens to us.

Looks like the store manager is an 🫏 getting mad at employees Infront of customers...and correcting them in public didn't like that...had the sirloin tips with mushrooms and onions ..onions where burnt not caramelized & the dish needed more of its sauce so I rather get this dish in a richer neighborhood they tend to get it right. Other than that our server was very nice and attentive and got our order right.

Crazy busy mid Saturday morning. Food was good. Service was good, and the orders arrived surprisingly fast, considering the place was packed.

I was really looking forward to my visit, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The service could have been better, and the pancakes were a bit disappointing – they tasted a bit watery. I also found the veggies in my omelette to be overcooked, and the pieces had a rubbery texture. I think I'll explore other options for now, but I appreciate the effort.

If I had the choice for a 0 star, for services, I would have chosen to give 0 stars, but unfortunately, its not a choice. I walked in to place an order to go from the house specials..."House Faves", and a short, baled gentleman who was standing at the counter told me me that he would not sell anything on the advertised specials because the specials applied ONLY TO CUSTOMERS EATING INSIDE THE DINNER. I then asked this person what the difference was if my order was to go, or to eat there? This employee had the audacity to say that: "if i ate in, there would ba a good ambient!", so i asked a second time and and then he said the same thing and then he walked away from me. I left and decided to call and speak to the manager and it was then when he informed me he was the manager. I asked for his name and he said it was "Uribe". I will definitely escalade this to corporate because i felt discriminate on. When I spoke to him on the phone, I was expecting for him to apologize and say he made a mistake or that he was joking, but he stated three times that what he told me was an establishment policy, so I told he was being audio recorder and he said "that was fine!". I informed him that the restaurant has to legally post that on-line or on the advertisement, but he just repeted that it was there policy. I did not find anything online or posted anywhere at the establishment so I called a different restaurant and drove farther to another establishment and they told me that was totally incorrect! I will most definitely put this person on yelp, but I honestly think that just because of this UNPROFESSIONAL person, the establishment or other employees should not have to pay! I will never dine at this place and will definitely tell everyone I know about my bad experience at this place.
