The worst experience I've ever had. It's not worth buying anything there. How is it possible that they give you a chicken wing the size of your pinky finger and charge you for a whole piece of chicken? And that's not the worst part; I bought the 16-piece meal and they gave me five tiny wings that size!!! Terrible, absolutely terrible.

This is the KFC to go to over other KFC. The staff is well trained and professional, service is prompt and friendly and the chicken, mash, mac and pot pie are better than other KFC around the area. Don't know why, but it is! I've eaten in, picked up and had it delivered.

Hands down the worse drive through experience. After ordering food with no clients in the restaurant or drive through, they had me pay and then proceeded to tell me that I had to reverse in the drive through. I don’t know if they get times per order on the drive through but this seems to be the case. If they are on a timed basis, then their numbers are completely doctored as this seems to be what they do every time I order through the drive through. Food took about 12 minutes for a sandwich and nugget combo. I have transaction record as they did not provide me with a receipt for a proper review to this location, just in case any one from KFC wishes to contact me.

Chicken was bad slimy and stinky the manager requested that I bring it in and when I did she laughed at me then I told me that I'm not getting any free food when I have my receipt and proof of purchase and the chicken is outdated you will get sick I promise you you can eat anything else it will be a lot better
Just left without ordering because they have no chicken breast until Monday.

The manager was very very rude. And she talked to us like it was an inconvenience. I recommend no body use this store.
Won't be returning because the fries where dry without any seasoning or even salt. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that barely had any sauce & to make matters worse I asked the lady if everything was in the bag?? She said yes but was to lazy to have put a fork in my bag. First the last & the only time never again. The chicken was completely DRY & FLAVORLESS.

Tried redeeming a Gift card , card wasn’t going through called the customer service number Customer service offered 2 different options of how I could have been helped by the store I called the store after speaking To customer service and they said “They lied to you we cannon enter the gift card number manually and there is no merchant number to redeem the gift card at the store”
With LFC being as big of a corporation it is I would think a couple things # 1 that they cared more about their customers and #2 that they would have a system in order to redeem gift cards when swipe not available or not working.
